**What do you like best about Vibe?**

What I like best about Vibe is how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. The UX makes it really simple to understand performance and take action without feeling overwhelmed.

The Customer Success support has also been incredible. Maeryll Diez has been especially amazing in walking through strategy, troubleshooting, and making sure we’re set up for success with tracking on our last meeting.

I also really value the ability to segment audiences which helps us connect awareness efforts to real results.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

One area for improvement is the limited number of integrations, especially with certain CRMs and platforms we use. Having more native integrations would make it easier to streamline data flow and reduce the need for manual workarounds.

That said, the support and FAQ has been helpful in offering alternative solutions, and I’m hopeful this continues to evolve as the platform grows.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve really dialed in Facebook and Google, so we were looking for additional channels to expand our reach and drive more top-of-funnel awareness. 

Vibe has helped us do exactly that by getting in front of new audiences in a different way.

It’s been a great complement to our existing strategy and so far it’s been a strong investment in building awareness that supports our overall growth.

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

The most helpful thing about Vibe is the ease to upload, execute, and report on campaigns. It's easy to see what is or is not performing pretty well, and then optimize given performance very early on. As a brand that is in the weight loss category, Vibe is also an amazing channel because there are not the same restrictions as Meta, so weight loss information can be shared more easily. In turn, this allows us to have more control over our messaging and convey our products clearly to our target audience.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

I wish there were a few more channel opportunities -- like Curb TV or even YouTube!

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest restrictions as a company we are facing right now is the inability to advertise weight loss products on Meta and TikTok. Being able to get around these restrictions on Vibe has been super helpful, not only for brand awareness, but also for conversions!

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

I like the robust 500+ channel selection, ease of setting up a campaign, and flexible non-contract terms. Vibe has 550+ streaming channels, and you can select one or many options. The flexibility of channels, coupled with geotargeting and other demographics, is appealing. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

More robust video editing tools would be ideal. Vibe has a video creation tool and Vibe Studio that converts reels, but partnering up with a better creation and editing tool would increase their value position.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vibe for targeting the right demographics and geographics simultaneously. The 550+ channel selection and geotargeting enhance campaign flexibility, and I appreciate the ease of setup and non-contract terms.

It's a new platform for us and well, the world as we know it as technology and services change. So, as a new platform, it's return is actually working quite well.  Then, the staff has been great to work with, helpful in the walk through, then review the campaigns to see if there are any tweaks we can make... and offering other suggestions... and the free credit to start was nice too.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

the 50/day minimum. I'd love to run more campaigns, but due to our budget constraints, 1 at a time will have to work. We will spend more over the holidays but this was a test BEFORE the big $$ over the holidays

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting new eyes on our products and driving them to our site... and actually getting a 500-900% ROI

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

The staff have been very helpful! The information provided before signing up sounded too good to be true but the process as proved to cost exactly what we were promised with no hidden fees and the self-serve system has been very intuitive to use with our account rep regularly checking in to make suggestions for fine-tuning our campaign based on our goals. We brought with us a 30 second video we already wanted to use, but we also played around with their ad-builder and might use that for special promotions instead of paying a production company to create those short-term ads.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

Nothing so far! The process as been very smooth.

We also run radio ads, traditional TV ads, and print ads but we like the ability to target specific demographics and interests regardless of what show they're watching or when they're watching it!

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

We spent a lot of time creating some great videos to showcase our resort and wanted a new way to show them  and attract new customers (we've been open only 3 years) to see who we are and get more direct bookings. The ease of setting up the program and being able to upload more than one video was great. Being able to target by age, demographics, regions, HHI were easy to set, (just to name a few). We can set the parameters to attract new customers to our website and also have the capability to retarget to them. There are so many choices of places to advertise on. We were able to get support from our representative. It was an easy to integrate the pixel which tracks web traffic to our website. We just started but will be looking to see how we can utilize the platform with frequent use of it and learning all it can do to help generate more revenue, direct bookings and reaching new customers.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

I wish the ads were clickable. I know not all streaming devices are capable of a click but would love the opportunity to have that.

We are a new resort so the problem that it is solving is getting more potential customers to know that we exist.  Getting in front of new and unique visitors is great for our resort as we are not a brand and don't have the backing most brands have to support their advertising.

While Vibe is a strong platform, the initial setup and configuration can take some time, especially if you’re integrating it with multiple systems. There’s also a slight learning curve for advanced features, which may require extra training for new team members. **What do you like best about Vibe?**

The Vibe platform is very easy to use and you can set up an ad in minutes. If you've used the CMS platforms for Pandora, Spotify or Meta, you'll find this even easier. The platform also has a way to record website visits which is a big asset compared to running ads on traditional TV (cable and Dish). The start-up cost is minimal  and results can start showing on a very user-friendly dashboard almost immediately. The targeting options are also great because it allows me to partner digital TV ads with my targeted social media campaigns, making it an excellent one-two punch.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

The only downside is that it does not include YouTube TV, so you'll have to do a separate buy if you want to include that specific medium.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm never a fan of letting and agency run my digital ads because it's too easy to fall into the "set it and forget it" category. With Vibe, I can easily and quickly set up my own digital TV ads and can also grab the data instantly without having to track down an agency rep. Everything is quick, easy and always available.

We’ve been incredibly impressed with Vibe—it's a night and day difference compared to our last digital advertising provider. The platform is easy to navigate, intuitive, and saves us so much time. But what really sets Vibe apart is their customer service—responsive, proactive, and truly unmatched. We finally feel like we have a partner that cares about our success, not just another vendor. Highly recommend!

The only thing we wish were different—and we know it’s more of an industry limitation than anything Vibe controls—is the ability to run multiple smaller campaigns with lower budgets. It would give us even more flexibility, but that’s just the nature of digital advertising today.

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

The account and campaign setup process was quick and intuitive compared to YouTube. The system made it easy to target my key audiences based on demographics and geography, and there was an extensive variety of channels to choose from. After creating my campaign, I received an email offering a review from an account manager to help with optimizations. The call was friendly and informative; Ian assisted me with some campaign settings that enhanced my reach and ad frequency. Additionally, the analytics are straightforward and easy to interpret, which allows me to refine my campaigns for optimal performance and return on investment (ROI). Overall, I’ve found Vibe to be user-friendly and easy to implement, and the level of customer service has been outstanding! I would 100% recommend it to others looking to venture into digital TV advertising.

I am targeting a B2B audience who is looking for specific professional services. The "target by audience interests" option is primarily for B2C products like consumer goods, restaurants, automobiles, and the like.

My favorite aspect of Vibe is working with Customer Success Manager, Cherish. She is extremely knowledgeable and met with me four times on Zoom before I ever landed a client who spent money on the platform. She continues to educate and support me, making it easier for me to grow my business with new clients.

I would like the geographic reporting to dig down into zip codes. State-level reporting is not granular enough for me.

It is very easy to set up technically and for a campaign.  I've been setting up digital strategies for many years and everything I know about setting a campaign is in the platform.  The reporting is great as well.  It's exciting to see near real time metrics to optimize for maximum performance.

The initial invoicing is set up to bill every $500.  This can be a lot if you are running a big campaign.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vibe is helping us extend our brand reach through video.  And we are able to manage the performance ourselves to make quick decisions.  This is very helpful to a small team that needs to optimize every dollar.  It also has given us the ability to start campaigns quicker.  Once we hit submit, we are delivering impressions.  We don't have to wait a day or longer for an agency to set up an execute for us.

The are solving the problem of quicker implementations, quicker optimizations for better performance.  And the CPMs are more accessible for different size companies.

We’re two weeks into using Vibe, and I’m excited to see how this plays out for advertising our business. We’ve already had a few purchases and are hopeful that the ROAS will continue to grow, making this a profitable way to advertise. The best part about Vibe so far is how easy it is to upload creative—no screaming at the computer like when uploading Meta ads!

Signing up with Vibe was straightforward, especially with the assistance of their customer support, which was helpful since I am not very computer savvy. Whenever I called to follow up on my campaign's progress, the information provided was always clear and helpful, and my campaign seems to be performing very well. As a member of a franchise, I can say that our entire franchise network also uses Vibe. It's an excellent way to increase your business's exposure. One of the best aspects is that there are no contracts, so you have the flexibility to start and stop your campaign as often as you like.

Right now, I honestly can't find anything about Vibe that I dislike.

Not only do they make the sale, but they stick around for constant support. You are not left alone to try and figure out the platform or analyze the data. We have had success because of our account coordinator. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently they partnered with call rail, this is game changing for us. Great addition!

Maybe sending more weekly recaps to our emails.

Vibe is an excellent, easy-to-use app. We were able to get our ads set up in minutes and have them run within a few hours. Much better option than traditional commercial broadcast. Especially, because the tracking and analytics is leagues above traditional TV. Highly recommend. Both account reps we met with were also very knowledgeable and provided us tons of extra support.

The only feature request we have is to find way to sort retargeting ads into different groups based on website behavior or other ads served. Would love to be able to serve different style video ads to these customers based on product segment they are most likely to purchase.

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

Our account and campaign setup was quick and intuitive, with strong targeting options. The platform is transparent, easy to navigate, and backed by excellent customer support- our account manager was very helpful. Overall, it’s been a great starting point for our business to build visibility through CTV ads.

We ran into a few delays uploading our video, timeslot suggestions could be clearer, and we noticed frequent pixel red indicators that required follow-up.

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

The Vibe platform is one of the most user-friendly ad platforms I’ve ever worked with. The dashboard is intuitive, the reporting is clear, and setting up campaigns feels refreshingly simple. On top of that, our rep, Kristian, has been phenomenal. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. He’s gone above and beyond to explain how attribution works in CTV and has helped us tailor our campaigns to perform more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

Attribution in CTV can be challenging to grasp at first, especially when you're accustomed to click-through platforms like Meta or Google. It took a little time to adjust and learn how to interpret the data. That said, once you understand how the model works, it starts to make a lot more sense.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vibe is helping us reach a broader audience with TV-style ads without the traditional barriers that come with broadcast or cable buys. We’re using it to complement our other performance channels, and it’s giving us a new, scalable way to stay top of mind with both new and returning customers. The ability to retarget past website visitors across 550+ apps and channels is a significant advantage, especially given the ease of launching and managing campaigns.

As an agency, we use multiple platforms, so adding in yet another requires us to expand our march stack. This isn't a knock on Vibe, it's just a fact.

The user interface and setup are intuitive and easy to use. Their support is really on point. You are never abandoned. Their documentation is thorough. I love the integration with Google Tag manager for attribution. The AI initial asset creation is pure gold for your first campaign. It took the fear out of delivering it. I am genuinely impressed. I actually saw my ad on Roku multiple times the first day.

As an agency owner, I don't like asking clients for their credit card number to pay for their spend. But, that is just me.

**What do you like best about Vibe?**

It was easy to set up our campaign for Hard Bottoms Flooring and tweak the campaign because Vibe takes customer success very seriously.  The team assigned to the campaign has helped us every step of the way. They understand our clients' goals and the challenges they face in competing with bigger retailers (including big-box stores) in the flooring space.  Our CPM is only $15.15 and we're gaining traction. Thank you Vibe!!!!

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

So far, I see no downsides. My agency sees Vibe as a great value for the spend.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client needed to gain visibility in a retail sector populated with well-established and big-box brands. While they're located on a main road, their signage isn't as visible as Lowes or Home Depot's signing, which is higher than the height of their stores and can be seen from quite a distance. So we had to find a way to accomplish that digitally, which is what Vibe's CTV advertising is enabling us to do. Vibe is also increasing traffic to the website, where visitors can order flooring samples. That's a HUGE selling point, so that's another important goal that Vibe is helping our client achieve. At the beginning of the campaign, the website developer had a bit of trouble entering the pixel code, but our dedicated Vibe team was on it!  "Just like that," the problem was fixed and we were ready to roll with the ad. Finally, when we signed up to run the campaign we received a $500 ads match credit. That's an extra 10 days of impressions without any extra cost to our client.

The user interface is one of the best around.  Simply create and build meaningful CTV campaigns quickly.  Run and monitor with realtime metrics provided.  As an agency or client Vibe.co take the complex proceedure of launching CTV campaigns simple and effective.

Well, not many downsides.  But, the minimum of $50 per day for super small businesses only needing to reach a few zip codes of location, can be prohibitive.

As an all-in-one platform Vibe.co provides a quick and easy way to build CTV campaigns, launch them, monitor activity, and in the end be able to analyze the results of our campaigns to improve them for the next campaign.

The launch of our first campaigns was smooth & their team assisted quite a bit with understanding the platform, setting up our pixels and setting up the campaign for success. We saw good performance with our initial test & will be continuing this month and expanding our strategy and budget.

I wish there was a way to add UTMs to the URL so we can track in our own data hub. Currently the only allow a base web domain and connection to GA4 so they track everything in their platform. This is not ideal as our "source of truth" always come from our analytics tools, not just GA4 or trusting their platforms measurments

We are now able to reach a demographic outside of YouTube and Meta that align with the companies mission & base audiences, leveraging CTV placements.

I was able to launch our commercial campaign within 15 minutes. I had been working back and forth with a cable company for months with outdated proposals and formal calls before finding Vibe. The ability to track our page views and campaign in real time is wonderful. Their account and support team have been awesome to work with. I had an issue with my pixel and within the hour I was on a call fixing it with their team. It feels like they're in-house partners. Thanks, Ian and Kyle.

The UI is incredibly simple and straight forward. Everything is very user friendly to launch and manage multiple campaigns at once. The customer service that the Vibe team provides is consistently amazing and stands out among other self-service platforms. It really feels like you have a team behind you.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

It's a little too early to tell for me. Impactful CTV performance can be tough to measure, especially for small budget clients. In my opinion your reporting needs to be super granular if you are going to prove value with a small budget. Vibe's reporting dashboard may be a little too simple. Ultimately, you can use Vibe's data to create your own reporting on anything you'd like, but it would be nice if you could do more within the platform.

**What problems is Vibe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streaming TV will continue to overtake traditional TV and Vibe's platform offers a perfect solution to lower the barrier of entry for an entirely new market of advertisers. It's truly making streaming TV more simple and affordable and that's why I use it. Vibe allows me to offer streaming TV to my clients and it's simple enough that I can do it all myself.

We often get customers to our website to buy for cheaper than Meta.  It's very easy to use and set up a new campaign.  Their support is fast and helps you troubleshoot issues.  I use their platform every couple of days, and it was so easy to set up with Shopify.

**What do you dislike about Vibe?**

They have their own "Vibe's Performance Network" as a chennel and it just doesn't give the clearest data of what channels your sales are coming from.
