What do you like best about Vibe?

The most helpful thing about Vibe is the ease to upload, execute, and report on campaigns. It's easy to see what is or is not performing pretty well, and then optimize given performance very early on. As a brand that is in the weight loss category, Vibe is also an amazing channel because there are not the same restrictions as Meta, so weight loss information can be shared more easily. What do you dislike about Vibe?

What do you like best about Vibe?

It's a new platform for us and well, the world as we know it as technology and services change. So, as a new platform, it's return is actually working quite well. Then, the staff has been great to work with, helpful in the walk through, then review the campaigns to see if there are any tweaks we can make... and offering other suggestions... and the free credit to start was nice too. What do you dislike about Vibe?

the 50/day minimum. I'd love to run more campaigns, but due to our budget constraints, 1 at a time will have to work. We will spend more over the holidays but this was a test BEFORE the big $$ over the holidays Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vibe?

The staff have been very helpful! The information provided before signing up sounded too good to be true but the process as proved to cost exactly what we were promised with no hidden fees and the self-serve system has been very intuitive to use with our account rep regularly checking in to make suggestions for fine-tuning our campaign based on our goals. We brought with us a 30 second video we already wanted to use, but we also played around with their ad-builder and might use that for special promotions instead of paying a production company to create those short-term ads. What do you like best about Vibe?

We spent a lot of time creating some great videos to showcase our resort and wanted a new way to show them and attract new customers (we've been open only 3 years) to see who we are and get more direct bookings. The ease of setting up the program and being able to upload more than one video was great. Being able to target by age, demographics, regions, HHI were easy to set, (just to name a few). We can set the parameters to attract new customers to our website and also have the capability to retarget to them. There are so many choices of places to advertise on. We were able to get support from our representative. It was an easy to integrate the pixel which tracks web traffic to our website. We just started but will be looking to see how we can utilize the platform with frequent use of it and learning all it can do to help generate more revenue, direct bookings and reaching new customers. What do you dislike about Vibe?

While Vibe is a strong platform, the initial setup and configuration can take some time, especially if you’re integrating it with multiple systems. There’s also a slight learning curve for advanced features, which may require extra training for new team members. "Vibe is a Great One-Two Punch When Pairing with Meta!"
What do you like best about Vibe?

The Vibe platform is very easy to use and you can set up an ad in minutes. If you've used the CMS platforms for Pandora, Spotify or Meta, you'll find this even easier. The platform also has a way to record website visits which is a big asset compared to running ads on traditional TV (cable and Dish). The start-up cost is minimal and results can start showing on a very user-friendly dashboard almost immediately. The targeting options are also great because it allows me to partner digital TV ads with my targeted social media campaigns, making it an excellent one-two punch. What do you dislike about Vibe?

But what really sets Vibe apart is their customer service—responsive, proactive, and truly unmatched. We finally feel like we have a partner that cares about our success, not just another vendor. The only thing we wish were different—and we know it’s more of an industry limitation than anything Vibe controls—is the ability to run multiple smaller campaigns with lower budgets. What do you like best about Vibe?

The account and campaign setup process was quick and intuitive compared to YouTube. The system made it easy to target my key audiences based on demographics and geography, and there was an extensive variety of channels to choose from. After creating my campaign, I received an email offering a review from an account manager to help with optimizations. The call was friendly and informative; Ian assisted me with some campaign settings that enhanced my reach and ad frequency. Additionally, the analytics are straightforward and easy to interpret, which allows me to refine my campaigns for optimal performance and return on investment (ROI). Overall, I’ve found Vibe to be user-friendly and easy to implement, and the level of customer service has been outstanding! What do you like best about Vibe?

My favorite aspect of Vibe is working with Customer Success Manager, Cherish. She is extremely knowledgeable and met with me four times on Zoom before I ever landed a client who spent money on the platform. What do you like best about Vibe?

It is very easy to set up technically and for a campaign. I've been setting up digital strategies for many years and everything I know about setting a campaign is in the platform.
