They also make it easy to buy, sell, and access tickets for sporting events, concerts, etc. We use them to transfer tickets to our clients to help maintain great relationships. **What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?** The ONLY thing I dislike about Ticketmaster are their fees. There seems to be a fee for a lot of things, even when buying digital tickets. Their platform makes up for it. **What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted an easy way to get tickets to clients to keep them happy. I sometimes like the early access options. **What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?** In at least one case, I purchased expensive VIP tickets through Ticketmaster about 8 months in advance, but I was not allowed to know exactly where our seats were until a very short period before the concert. Because of that uncertainty affecting my guest, I fought for a refund, which I could only acquire after jumping many hoops and gaining the aid of my bank. So I don't like that they're not always the most transparent in their seating or even their pricing (very high fees that time), and it was nearly impossible to get the refund without external help. **What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't feel that Ticketmaster is the most helpful in securing the best priced seats or in being transparent about what seats I'm paying for in certain cases. I mostly use other ticket sales companies at this point. ### 4. Being able to flip on the "show price with fees", switch between map and list views, etc just works better and faster than others. Also, transferring tickets back and forth works smoother than others as well. **What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?** Not much to dislike, but I do wish that the "show prices with fees" could be set to default as on. Also, Ticketmaster is typically not the cheapest... competitors typically have cheaper tickets listed, although their user experience may not be as good. **What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** A must-have resource for tickets. In many cases, Ticketmaster is the only option for some concerts, unless you want after-market tickets. ### 7.
