The ability to have all the different locations use the program and attach pictures to the work order request so that we know where the problem is. I love the option that you can use your cell phone as well which makes it easier for the requestor to be able to be at the specific area that needs attention and not have to go to a computer to write up what's wrong. I also love the fact we the ones that have to assign the work order request can select different personnel to look and assess the problem. It was very easy to implement the program to all of our users that were going to be the ones entering the work orders. Customer support is fantastic, if you have an issue they are right there to help you. The program is used every day in all of our buildings. Adding new staff to be requestors is so easy we have never had a person that wasn't able to put in a work order right after creating their password! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really do not have anything that I dislike about Brightly Asset Essentials. The only thing that makes it a little bit difficult is that you cannot remove a person that is no longer in your company. Other than that there is nothing else I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
