That is the only issue I have faced so far in my 3 years of usage. **What problems is Brightly Asset Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brightly Asset Essentials is used for any issues we need addressed by our Facilities Department. I love the option that you can use your cell phone as well which makes it easier for the requestor to be able to be at the specific area that needs attention and not have to go to a computer to write up what's wrong. I also love the fact we the ones that have to assign the work order request can select different personnel to look and assess the problem. It was very easy to implement the program to all of our users that were going to be the ones entering the work orders. Customer support is fantastic, if you have an issue they are right there to help you. The program is used every day in all of our buildings. Adding new staff to be requestors is so easy we have never had a person that wasn't able to put in a work order right after creating their password! **What do you dislike about Brightly Asset Essentials?** I really do not have anything that I dislike about Brightly Asset Essentials. The only thing that makes it a little bit difficult is that you cannot remove a person that is no longer in your company. This system can track work orders, access assets via QR codes, set alerts to notify about PM, track costs, and analyze data for ongoing assessment. There's so much it can do to help our facilities team operate efficiently. **What do you dislike about Brightly Asset Essentials?** There is a learning curve to accessing all the features of the program and utilizing them. Brightly has many resources available online, and webinars, however, when you don't know what you don't know, it's hard to decide where to begin. The tutorial emails have been helpful, but there's so much to uncover! **What problems is Brightly Asset Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Asset Essentials helps us track our work orders so we can identify where our time is being spent and how to budget for that. We are currently only using it to half of its potential, which I have only learned as a result of attending the Illuminate conference. It's easy to read the Analytics as long as your data is accurate. It's simple to update work orders and attach parts. **What do you dislike about Brightly Asset Essentials?** There are few things that could be improved. - Attaching parts to assets is cumbersome. - You can't see what PO parts are on if they're still on order without searching through your PO's and then going further into the PO. The mapping system is my favorite part of Asset Essentials. We did have a video conference though with a member of Assest Essentials and it was helpful. There are just some fields I would like added to the general work order submission screen, but I was able to work around it. **What problems is Brightly Asset Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Asset Essentials replaced a paper tracking system, allowing us to track maintenance and have a better hold on PMs and submissions of general maintenance requests. AE is similar to only a tiny section, and without having our own IT person, it doesn't auto-speak back and forth.
