The offline capabilities make it great for low connectivity environments which are a reality for me. I love the API option. This makes it a lot easier to do some bulk tasks that can take days or weeks. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** There is no sandbox for upkeep. Sometimes I would love to be able to test some scenarios without having other users see my assets or work orders. **What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** UpKeep helps us to keep track of the company's asset inventory and repairs over time as well as maintenance workflow. This gives us a clearer view of what work is taking place and the users involved. It seems to have a great amount of benefits. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** I receive email notifications that aren't mine. Department wide, we've been receiving all biweekly and monthly notifications which is quite alot. We reported the issue over two months ago but it hasn't been able to be corrected as of yet. The mobile portion needs more attention. Needs more walk through videos, Q&A's, more everything! This is for maintenance so this is for technicians... in the field... using the app to relay useful information that someone using the portal can asses! We went from printing paper work orders and waiting for the papers to be picked up from the office. to having the work orders instantly on our team members phones. Love the option to upload a picture and the update option. I have 4 teams that can see the work order when it comes in and it has been so helpful, because they can collaborate on a work order instead of just that one person getting the work order. Reporting is easy and useful. The inventory option is also very useful. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgable. If something isn't working the way we want they are open to making changes for us. We use Upkeep daily and implementation was suprising easy. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** It can be a little slow to respond at times, but has not been a huge problem. **What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved the problems of tracking hours and workers. I like the notifications that are what are really helpful for my day to day work schedule. Also, others on my team have visibility to my work load so we avoid doubling up doing the same job. **What do you dislike about UpKeep?** I am still learning this program daily, so I can't specify anything I dislike. I constantly find little tricks that help streamline my personal needs and the companies. It seems we mostly have problems and issues after an update has been made.
