They make large UI changes without warning, their seats are more expensive while having less features compared to other top CMMS softwares, they add features that make this less efficient like the change in work order printing. UpKeep is typically available to answer questions, however they are not as accessible as it used to be. Software changes quite frequently which makes it difficult to keep up with. I do not care for the constant changes they make to it and lack of notification of when these changes are made. The software tends to run slower than it should at times. Recommendations to others considering UpKeep: Make sure to review the different options of plans to help you decide which plan will benefit your company the most. You can visit with the customer service reps and they can explain the options to help you determine which is the most beneficial for your organization. If I wanted to use it internally I would have to identify a dollar amount to have my time billed to another department. Though Lacking Customer Service" 2.5/5 What do you like best about UpKeep? Nothing new. I've stopped using the service as I found Apple Reminders to be just as efficient. I've never had too much trouble with being able to parse out data and make reports using other softwares, but there I do with Upkeep. Also, stablity issues can be annoying. When you mark one thing as failed on a task list instead of just made a work order for that individual item it will creat individual work orders for everything in our PM.
