Nothing system is over complicated and limited to use

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

honestly pretty much everything the system compared to even basic and I mean basic PMS systems such as SKED from the early 90s are better and more user friendly

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

no and it honestly causes more problems then anything

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Not much; software is overall very week and limited.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Software does not work - many bugs and errors.  For example, the search in the "Location" field doesn't work.  Been requesting that they fix for last 6 months; very basic fix very lame company

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more problems than solutions after implementing

I wouldn't say I like anything about upkeep. Its just bare, ugly and devoid of any real use in a site based role.

Upkeep for me is the problem, needs much more creativity and work

The user interface is extremely easy to learn

There are too many features in my plan than needed

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

Use the trial. all questions relating to if CMMS is right for your company should be answered by using the trial

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a place for all work requests to live, and easy to control work orders.

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I like the fact that I can have locations and sub-locations for assigning work orders.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Where do I start. I can't change work order repeating days. The work orders that do have repeating days, do not show up on the dates they are due. I have to buy the business plan in order to use a calendar day view. There are numerous bugs and glitches with the program and has been more inconvenient than helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

Consider another software. Upkeep seems to have a lot of issues.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has not helped in any way.
