"Great for Maintenance Scheduling, Needs Better Scalability for New Locations."

"Great for Tracking, But Internal Billing Is Awkward"

If I wanted to use it internally I would have to identify a dollar amount to have my time billed to another department. If I did it the Upkeep way my coworkers saw what I make or

What do you like best about UpKeep?

It is really great to be able to describe the issue and then attach a picture of it, as well as being able to send it to multiple people to see and complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

I have not found anything I dislike. Sometimes I have forgotten how to run a report I need, but it is usually just me not remembering the proper steps and filter options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
