I like that a photograph can be added as evidence. This eliminates the need to attend the machine in person to validate the execution of a maintenance technician's work. We are still struggling with the order triggers because the dates are shifting, which causes problems with our annual plan that doesn't match. Also, the initial setup was very delayed. It measures the performance of preventive maintenance in real time. Add a photograph as evidence to avoid attending the machines in person. However, the triggers do not always match our annual plan. What do you dislike about UpKeep? don't like the look of the work orders, it doesnt print out nice like if you were to get a work order from a shop.
