What do you like best about UpKeep?

UpKeep is typically available to answer questions, however they are not as accessible as it used to be. Software changes quite frequently which makes it difficult to keep up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

I like the software of UpKeep and the options it offers. I do not care for the constant changes they make to it and lack of notification of when these changes are made. The software tends to run slower than it should at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:

Make sure to review the different options of plans to help you decide which plan will benefit your company the most. You can visit with the customer service reps and they can explain the options to help you determine which is the most beneficial for your organization. Set up was a little difficult at first but once all employees have been trained and used it for a while, it was simple and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
