I love the flow builder the best! Once you go through a few tutorials on how to use it, putting together a conversation flow is a nice experience. I really appreciate the support from Thoughtly's team, especially since this field is quite new and requires a lot of assistance initially. I like the integration options with cross-functional APIs and how Thoughtly serves as a one-stop solution for end-to-end outreach. It's great not having to rely on third-party services for making calls. The voices offered by Thoughtly, like the cartesia voices, are a feature that I couldn't find elsewhere. I find the in-call action and post-call actions in Thoughtly to be overly technical compared to the simplicity of creating an agent. It would greatly help if there were more video demos showcasing different use cases to guide users through these more complex processes. Additionally, while navigating the platform is generally straightforward, encountering questions without sufficient support can be a significant hurdle, making it quite a struggle to find necessary assistance. What do you like best about Thoughtly?

This has been extremely helpful for our outreach efforts. The integrated AI now handles all the initial calls to homeowners on our behalf, which saves our team a significant amount of time. It also allows us to quickly determine whether a seller is genuinely interested, so we no longer have to deal with junk leads.
