This has been extremely helpful for our outreach efforts. The integrated AI now handles all the initial calls to homeowners on our behalf, which saves our team a significant amount of time. It also allows us to quickly determine whether a seller is genuinely interested, so we no longer have to deal with junk leads. There's a complicated verification process required before you can properly use the platform. I really dislike all the hidden charges that have come to light. It's meant to be 500 credits a month per line, but I'm charged 1000 credits. They're now passing through additional charges (these weren't disclosed at the point of sale).
