What do you like best about Thoughtly?

This has been extremely helpful for our outreach efforts. The integrated AI now handles all the initial calls to homeowners on our behalf, which saves our team a significant amount of time. It also allows us to quickly determine whether a seller is genuinely interested, so we no longer have to deal with junk leads. What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

At first, I was hesitant to let AI manage conversations, but it has proven to be quite effective. I do wish there were more options for voice tone, as that would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thoughtly?

It's easy to set up and the agents do a reasonable job when tuned up (for incoming calls, not used for outgoing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

There's a complicated verification process required before you can properly use the platform. I really dislike all the hidden charges that have come to light. It's meant to be 500 credits a month per line, but I'm charged 1000 credits. They're now passing through additional charges (these weren't disclosed at the point of sale). There's going to be loads of these tools, skip this one and wait for one that has a more transparent team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
