I'm not particularly tech-savvy, but the customer support team at Thoughtly guided me through every step. They patiently explained how to create my first AI agent, and now, just two months later, I have three running live. What do you like best about Thoughtly?

It's easy to set up and the agents do a reasonable job when tuned up (for incoming calls, not used for outgoing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

There's a complicated verification process required before you can properly use the platform. I really dislike all the hidden charges that have come to light. It's meant to be 500 credits a month per line, but I'm charged 1000 credits. They're now passing through additional charges (these weren't disclosed at the point of sale).
