"Helps our team follow up on estimate requests when customers are ready to talk"
5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

What stood out was the ability to move quickly from a web lead to a real conversation. For home services, timing matters: a homeowner may be comparing providers or need help quickly. Thoughtly can acknowledge the request, gather approved details about the job, and route the homeowner to the right team without making them repeat everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

We learned that the agent needs simple, well-defined guardrails around service areas, emergency routing, pricing language, and job types. Those details take care to configure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cutting-edge and Easy to use!"
5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

I love the flow builder the best! Once you go through a few tutorials on how to use it, putting together a conversation flow is a nice experience. Their team also provides excellent customer support with weekly webinars where we get to ask questions to the Thoughtly team directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

I wish there were more ready-to-to templates but my understanding is that it's in the works so I'm pleased about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Better follow-up for consultation requests without losing the human touch"
5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

Thoughtly helps us respond to people who have requested a consultation and may have questions about timing, availability, or the next step. The agent can handle approved scheduling and intake basics, while our patient coordinators take over for clinical, pricing, or sensitive conversations. Keeping the handoff context in one place is particularly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

It takes careful review to ensure patient-facing language, privacy handling, and escalation rules match the practice’s standards. We do not use it as a substitute for clinical guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A promising way to make abandoned high-intent interest feel less anonymous"
5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

We were looking for a way to follow up more personally with opted-in shoppers who had raised their hand for help, a product consultation, or a high-value purchase. Thoughtly makes it easier to carry the same customer context across an initial conversation and later approved follow-up. That is more useful than treating everyone like one generic campaign segment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

We had to choose our use cases carefully. It works best where a real conversation can add value, not for every low-intent cart or routine customer-service question Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A better operational layer for timely client outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

Thoughtly gives us a structured way to acknowledge and route new, opted-in inquiries when the team cannot respond immediately. The agent can capture approved context, confirm the requested next step, and create a better brief for the specialist who follows up. It has helped us think more carefully about consistency across calls, messages, and CRM records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

Financial-services workflows need strong controls. We had to put clear rules around approved language, sensitive information, consent, and when the system must transfer to a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A better follow-up experience for applicants who pause midway"
5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

Our challenge was not attracting applications. It was helping people who began the process, then got distracted or has a question before finishing. Thoughtly gave us a consistent way to acknowledge the pause application, understand whether the applicant needed help, and guide them to an approved next step. The follow-up feels more useful than another generic reminder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

We had to be precise about what the agent can and cannot discuss. Compliance review, identity safeguards, and escalation rules were central to the rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile AI Calling with Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

I really appreciate the support from Thoughtly's team, especially since this field is quite new and requires a lot of assistance initially. I like the integration options with cross-functional APIs and how Thoughtly serves as a one-stop solution for end-to-end outreach. It's great not having to rely on third-party services for making calls. The voices offered by Thoughtly, like the cartesia voices, are a feature that I couldn't find elsewhere. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

It can be a bit more user-friendly for people who don't have a tech background. Their automations require a bit of tech background and that requires more attention so that Thoughtly becomes usable to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Innovative Voice Agents with Room for Support Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Thoughtly?

I truly appreciate Thoughtly's innovative approach in the market for AI voice agents. Learning how to create an agent is not complicated, which makes the platform very user-friendly. The flow chart drag-and-drop feature stands out as it allows me to easily enter text and specify what I need the AI to say, streamlining the process of creating voice agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thoughtly?

I find the in-call action and post-call actions in Thoughtly to be overly technical compared to the simplicity of creating an agent. It would greatly help if there were more video demos showcasing different use cases to guide users through these more complex processes. Additionally, while navigating the platform is generally straightforward, encountering questions without sufficient support can be a significant hurdle, making it quite a struggle to find necessary assistance.
