## Taplytics Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to Use!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Easy to integrate within the codebase, even easier to use using the web UI. Can manage feature flags and filter user insights, and experiments is a very nice feature. The mobile SDK is also thoughtfully written, it was easy to implement within both mobile and web. Customer support is also very quick to answer any of our questions.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Feature flags take some time to propagate to users which can is inconvenient when testing. It is also difficult to do anything with the event data, you can filter users with it, but can't do much else like create charts in the UI. If you want to do anything with that data, you have to export it first, we should be able to do things in the UI.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing features and being able to turn them on and off easily. This has been convenient for us as it removes the need for an extra codepush. Also, experiments has been useful to see what the customers interact well with. We also use it to do event tracking and filter out users based on that data for the experiments

  ### 2. Instrumental to our experimentation program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JJ T. | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Taplytics has been instrumental to our experimentation program with their ability to cover all screens and channels on mobile and web. Their visual editor has been amazing, allowing us to do lightweight code-free visual web tests without writing a line of code. This one feature did a lot of heavy lifting and helped us improve the conversion rate of our onboarding flow.

Outside of strictly A/B tests, they have feature management embedded into their product which has allowed us to granularly roll out and control who receives features such as our beta testers.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Their goal set up is a bit different from what we’re used to, but we were able to work around this by triggering events we then used as custom denominators to get the analysis we were looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Taplytics:**

Their customer support is by far the most responsive I’ve ever experienced from any B2B company I’ve worked with. Pricing of the product is much more competitive compared to others like Optimizely or LaunchDarkly. You get 2 for the price of 1 if you look at it that way.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing the impact of our new features and experiments has been instrumental in accelerating our experimentation program and has led to a 13% increase in conversions in our one onboarding experiment alone, amongst a few other code-free a/b tests that we ran in the past.

  ### 3. Well-rounded experimentation platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Taplytics is deployed across many of the business units at my company, and we’re happy with the features they offer and how responsive they are to each business unit’s needs.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

They don’t have some native integrations to some of our analytics platforms, but we’ve worked with them to arrive at a satisfactory work-around.

**Recommendations to others considering Taplytics:**

Their no-code experiments for mobile and web are intuitive and easy to use, but make sure you have the engineering resources for more complex / in-depth experiments you want to execute.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team can now get an exact number of how many people have access to new features and the experiments we’re delivering to them. Now we have data our product and engineering teams can make decisions on to improve those features over time.

  ### 4. A fully featured A/B testing suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil M. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Taplytics has made the A/B testing process really easy for our non-technical team as well as our developers with a thoughtfully designed workflow for both end users. Their technical support was top notch too.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

While they didn’t have an SDK for a language our web team uses, they informed me of their timeline and gave us workarounds to immediately get value from the product.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In short, we can easily track and assess the impact of new feature launches. Prior to Taplytics, we were in the dark. It's really helped uplevel our experimentation initiatives.

  ### 5. A Solid A/B Testing Tool for Mobile and Web

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Taplytics is full-featured for both mobile and web. They have feature flagging, a/b tests, and a "visual editor" for both platforms. The feature flags enable you to have a lot more control in how you roll out features. The A/B tests allow you to measure the impact of specific features, and choose exactly who will see the feature. The visual editor allows non-technical users to create a/b tests without touching code.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

I don't like how the goals work in the product. We want to measure all of our experiments in terms of unique user behavior, and Taplytics goals are session-based.

**Recommendations to others considering Taplytics:**

Their customer support is top-notch, and their pricing is of incredible value for the market.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to know the impact of our feature launches. Without an a/b test you often cannot know if a 10% of 15% swing after a release is due to seasonality or the success of a new feature.

  ### 6. Target and run experiments easily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

I liked that my team is able to slowly roll-out our experiments to audiences over time, and the granular ability to target specific audiences down to email level. It gave us line of sight view, the impact of new features, and the data needed to make further improvements to our user activation flow.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

It’s a fair bit complex, especially for teams who haven’t been exposed to the world of a/b testing.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Would recommend if your products are deployed on multiple platforms like web, mobile and tablet. Consolidates all platforms into one unified view, and easy for our team to manage and understand the impact of new features.

  ### 7. Excellent collaborative team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate D. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

The Taplytics technologies are great, but the best part has been the collaboration with their support and product teams.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

There's complexity in getting set up. That's to be expected.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for customer insights, change management and beta testing.

  ### 8. A/B Testing is Fun

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A/B Testing and Analytics

  ### 9. Seems good for testing in apps but integration with other tools has been challenging

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

This is an app-first solution so it works great for its primary purpose which is building and running tests in native mobile apps

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Integration with other tools (Adobe Analytics in particular) has been very challenging. This makes it hard for analysts trying to analyze tests to find the truth.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a/b tests in apps, splitting traffic, etc.

  ### 10. Great for A/B testing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lili K. | content specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

I have been using Taplytics for a few weeks now and have really seen an improvement in my A/B tests! Thanks for being such a great product and so easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Not sure, haven't seen anything quite yet.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the need to accurately perform A/B tests. I have noticed many benefits, specifically in our ability to scale A/B tests at work.

  ### 11. Solid Optimization Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Director, Mobile Product Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Easy to use code-free visual editor, robust experiment targeting and real-time goal reporting. Pricing is competitive and support unlike any other company I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Platform can sometimes be a bit slow to navigate from screen to screen; additional charges to get to raw a/b test data.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy SDK implementation to perform mobile a/b testing, with no surprises. Ability to quickly get a read on an experiment and know whether the results are significant or not.

  ### 12. Best Web A/B testing by Taplytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniket S. | Full Stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Taplytics provide Powerful analytics System. It can be easily integrated with third party services like google analytics, Flurry, Mixpanel, Segment, Kissmetrics etc. Taplytics help developers to perform A/B testing on web and mobile. Push features make sending individual notifications really easy.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Taplytics Experiences little problem on old browsers & It's online documentation lacks few required information.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A platform for measuring the overall impact for variation in my mobile app and target the audience with personal messages as well as targeting users with segments.

  ### 13. Taplytics provide mobile A/B testing with ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh B. | Test Engineer, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2017

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Taplytics provides a great platform for creating mobile apps which can be fully integrated for A/B testing, data analytics and Pushing the notifications which are required in order to maintain and optimize your mobile application. It has the ability to cover every aspect of the variables and put switches on your app features. It also provides the option for rolling back to previous configuration of your app within seconds as well as preform the required changes in the app and see the impact instantly. It is also very easy to update features on the mobile app while it is still available to the users in live mode and as soon as the update are finished it will be quickly available to the users as well.

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

Its navigation is a little bit complex and required some understanding before actually jumping into using it. Also the online user guide has not the sufficient information required to perform tasks independently for the first time.

**Recommendations to others considering Taplytics:**

Surely recommended for A/B testing of your mobile app.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the best platform for measuring the overall impact for variation in my mobile app and target the audience with personal messages as well as targeting users with segments.
It provides valuable information with the help of graphs and charts about the daily progress of my mobile app and deep insights about the user navigations on my app. It also has a feature for knowing the devices sued by the users and how is their experience with it.

  ### 14. Taplytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon S. | Senior Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2016

It streamlines and automates the results by increasing customer retention and upsells the value of the product. Its unique features helps client connect to major marketing services, Programmatic, PPC, Email Marketing, Call Tracking, Analytics, and Social. Dashboard functions offer choice over which data populates the campaign and are the very best. Also, data easily scalable for better visualization with greater focus on customer satisfaction.

Extremely difficult to determine its market standing, and insufficient online support services. Navigation a bit problematic since it only operates on support iOS and Android.

  ### 15. Best native mobile A/B testing platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajit P. | Software Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2016

**What do you like best about Taplytics?**

Taplytics makes native mobile A/B testing a breeze. Their best feature easily is their powerful analytics. They gives us key indicators like acquisition, engagement, cohort and retention analysis with minimal implementation. Getting insight into as much actionable data as possible is important. And did I mention it integrates with Google Analytics?

**What do you dislike about Taplytics?**

As Taplytics is a startup and has not been in the market for long, not much help is available online. Their official support is good, but a large active user-community support is often more desirable. Also, they currently only support iOS and Android. That's not a problem for us, but its something you should be aware of.

**Recommendations to others considering Taplytics:**

You are missing out on critical insights and potential revenue sources if you don't analyze your data.

**What problems is Taplytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Taplytics A/B testing to understand the behavioral trends of our clients and make changes accordingly to meet their requirements. A/B testing saves us great amount of time and effort, and provides us an ehanced ability to "iterate" quickly. In other words, it allows us to test experimental features quickly and affordably.
