Easy to integrate within the codebase, even easier to use using the web UI. Can manage feature flags and filter user insights, and experiments is a very nice feature. Feature flags take some time to propagate to users which can is inconvenient when testing. It is also difficult to do anything with the event data, you can filter users with it, but can't do much else like create charts in the UI. Taplytics has been instrumental to our experimentation program with their ability to cover all screens and channels on mobile and web. Their visual editor has been amazing, allowing us to do lightweight code-free visual web tests without writing a line of code. This one feature did a lot of heavy lifting and helped us improve the conversion rate of our onboarding flow.

The feature flags enable you to have a lot more control in how you roll out features. The A/B tests allow you to measure the impact of specific features, and choose exactly who will see the feature. I liked that my team is able to slowly roll-out our experiments to audiences over time, and the granular ability to target specific audiences down to email level.
