What do you like best about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?
What I like most about Netcore’s Email API is how reliable the delivery is. Transactional emails like order confirmations, shipping updates and OTPs go out almost instantly, even during high-volume sale periods. Integration was simple thanks to clear documentation, and the dashboard gives good visibility into delivery, opens, bounces and clicks. The deliverability support has also been helpful in keeping our inbox placement healthy, which matters a lot for a D2C brand where post-order communication drives customer trust.
