What do you like best about LogRocket?

What I like most about LogRocket is how easy it makes it to understand how users actually interact with our product and identify friction points in their experience.

As a Growth Product Manager at Genially, I use LogRocket extensively to analyze user behavior, investigate issues, and optimize key flows like signup and onboarding. Session replays are especially valuable because they allow me to see exactly where users struggle, rather than relying only on quantitative data.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

There’s honestly not much I dislike about LogRocket, as it’s a really valuable tool in my day-to-day work. If I had to mention something, it would be that finding specific sessions or identifying patterns across multiple users can sometimes be a bit time-consuming, especially when analyzing experiments or complex user flows. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to investigate why users abandon a flow, detect bugs that are difficult to reproduce, and understand how users interact with new features or experiment variations.

The biggest benefits are very practical: we can quickly identify where and why users get stuck, share session recordings with developers to speed up bug resolution, and prioritize improvements based on real user behavior.
