The user journey can be represented very easily and clearly with this. This gives me a deeper understanding of which areas of a page are truly valuable to customers. It also helps identify friction points – the spots in the journey or directly on a page where we lose users. Additionally, it provides helpful information on how content is consumed. Contentsquare does not provide an explanation for the "why": The tool shows what users do (click, scroll, bounce), but not why they behave that way. To understand the motivation behind these actions, complementary methods such as user surveys or qualitative interviews are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
