What do you like best about Swoogo?

Swoogo is very user friendly, easy to learn, and easy to implement. Their customer support always goes beyond expectations. They are quick to respond and quick to find solutions. The software has all the features we need for our events to be a success from start to finish. We use swoogo for 25-30 events per year and we can easily access data and analytics for all of our events in an efficient and effective manner. What do you dislike about Swoogo?

What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have thousands of registrations to intake each year. Swoogo allows us to keep them all in one place, search across events, track historical data on participation. I can easily create and send registration reports to the trainers or presenters. Swoogo makes it easy to integrate platforms like zoom for our virtual or hybrid events. We can even embed recorded webinars in an on-demand format for participants to view later. The communication features make it simple to send reminder or update emails to registrants.
