**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

I have been using Jifflenow for about a year, predominantly to schedule 1:1 appointments at events. I appreciate its robustness, particularly in how it significantly improves upon the scheduling experience we previously had with standard Cvent appointments. With Jifflenow, I'm able to schedule complex appointments automatically, which was a challenge before. One standout feature I truly value is the ability for attendees to select multiple topics during the scheduling process. This is especially beneficial for my company, as we offer a variety of tax-related solutions and want to ensure that customers can interact with the right product experts. Jifflenow enables me to plan effectively and allocate appropriate experts for sessions based on the products chosen by attendees. This adaptability considerably enhances the overall experience for both our team and clients.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

This is a great tool for scheduling one-on-one meetings with customers during large events. It functions similarly to Outlook, allowing you to block meeting times with customers based on their availability.

It is very easy to use with very short learning curve. In addition it has many  capabilities, features  of event management.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

As far as I know, there is nothing negative to mention. The product performs its intended function as expected.

This tool assists event organizers and attendees in arranging one-on-one meetings during events. It is an excellent resource for generating leads.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

Jifflenow is great because it lets me easily book meeting times at hectic events. These events make it so hard to coordinate, but with Jiffle, I can easily assign all parties and they stay well informed about our scheduled time. This has saved me so much time when it comes to scheduling on behalf of other people, that I am then able to schedule more meetings. This helps my team get more face-to-face meetings with prospects at events when they are "high" on our product and would like to learn more about it. Jiffle has helped meeting scheduling in every way possible.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

I think when it comes to the time selection tool, it can be a bit slippery. I like the click and drag function to choose a time for everyone, but it can be a little frustrating having to click the exact spot.

**Recommendations to others considering Jifflenow:**

If you are trying to set time aside at busy events like tradeshows and conferences with either internal resources or prospective clients, Jifflenow IS the tool for you. It has made my scheduling life so much easier and opened up time for me to work on things that help me and my team close deals.

**What problems is Jifflenow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said in what I like best, it makes these super hectic, hard to coordinate events easy to set time aside. Some of these meetings are so valuable to a deal cycle, that I think that Jifflenow is really an instrumental part in helping us close deals at events like Knowledge.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

I like the ease of adding attendees and looking at availability of meeting rooms and people while creating multiple meetings during a busy conference such as NAB where we have tens of meetings in a single day, all requiring subject matter experts in the room. The meetings summary  report PDF that can be printed later comes very handy in organising oneself.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

I would love Jifflenow to add a feature to make requests to members who blocked too many ‘tentative’ slots too soon - people and rooms - asking if a certain slot is confirmed and if they can move their meeting to accommodate another meeting that may be more crucial.

One of the most preferred tool for managing meetings for a large scale conference

**What problems is Jifflenow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I attend v large scale conferences like NAB, IBC, CES...have so many back to back meetings in a single day. Jifflenow makes it super convenient to see the availability of experts and meeting rooms and also my own schedule at a glance!

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

The overall functionality of organizing meeting space, executive and attendee schedules, in addition to real-time updates has been a game changer for me.  The system is user-friendly and straight forward for both requestors and meeting managers.  I like how communications are tied in so it's not an additional step of remembering to send calendar invites. The dashboard allows to provide necessary, real-time details during planning meetings.  I wish I knew about Jifflenow years ago!

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

I wish the reporting was a bit more pleasing to the eye.  It's definitely nice to be able to pull reports as needed with various detail but I spend a lot of time trying to clean it up.  I'm glad it's there just wish it looked more professional.

**What problems is Jifflenow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system has reduced the time it would normally take to manually track meetings that constantly change on a regular basis.  I can quickly see what meetings are requested,  understand our space utilization and gain a good view of which executives are overloaded with meetings. Carlton Cummings has been an amazing customer success manager!  I'm grateful for his patience and all the training to bring me up to speed with the system.

I really like the way you can quickly see availability of other users when adding meetings and I think the accept tools are very well done when checking status of who will be attending a specific meeting.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

May be my lack of understanding but it seems like meetings do not get confirmed until all required attendees accept.  This has caused problems once or twice.

We use this heavily for conferences where we have multiple internal and external clients and team members that we are trying to coordinate.  It is perfect for this scenario.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

I used this for my first ever corporate expo, HITEC. I was quite nervous to be responsible scheduling meetings and handling multiple schedules for a multi-day event.  But, Jifflenow made the entire process a breeze.  Integration with your email provider allows for instant meeting request notifications and quick acceptance.  Preloaded employee info and transparent calendar displays streamline the process for all parties involved.  Customer, prospects, and employees will be impressed at the simplicity and effectiveness of this great tool!

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

COnference was a while back, but I do recall needing permission to add certain people, or having to get administrators involved to help finish the meeting. The less people required, the better.

**Recommendations to others considering Jifflenow:**

Jifflenow is a must haven for corporate events.  More time in front of customers and prospects, organization aspect is a much beeter look for your organization, and it's so easy to use!

We were able to schedule meetings from all angles without having to coordinate because everyone could see what was available. This without a doubt allowed us to fit in more time with customers and prospects as well as appear more organized.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

Streamlines meeting management by getting rid of excel sheets, printouts, and co-ordination with multiple stakeholders. Easy to configure and manage and provides lots of flexibility to make changes to the configuration on the fly. De-centralizes meeting scheduling by allowing the sales team to schedule meetings directly and make changes on the fly without needing the administrator to step in. Ability to create executive-specific reports simplifies internal reporting, while the Jifflenow app eliminates the need for sharing printouts of executive meeting schedules. Since using Jifflenow I'm using this tool exclusively for meeting management at all my events.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

Nothing in particular. I am generally quite satisfied with the present feature set and ease of use.

- De-centralized meeting scheduling to reduce load on meeting administrator and allowing a global team to schedule meetings
- Completely eliminated excels with no risk of double booking of executive time or meeting rooms
- Ease of managing executive calendars by linking Jifflenow meetings to Outlook calendars
- Ease of internal reporting to executives and sharing executive meeting schedules, while eliminating excels and printouts

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

I like that users can schedule their own meetings and also manage changes without having to come to me every time. I like that more than one of us can manage a meeting/show at the same time and always see real time data. And the function where I can quick add a meeting makes it easy to add meetings on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

I'm not quite a power user yet so it takes a little bit of time to set it up exactly the way you need it to work. I always have to review the user types and settings too so launching a meeting is not a one day process. Users not familiar with Jifflenow or accustomed to regularly using this software say the interface is not intuitive right off the bat.

**Recommendations to others considering Jifflenow:**

This is a great tool if you are manually tracking meetings but does require a little set up. The support staff is absolutely the best! I never wait for help and they are so accommodating and really want to help you get the most from this tool.

Managing meetings that are all in one place is so much easier and the export function is a huge help. We're able to track so much more information and reference it at a later date as well.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

I like having multiple views of meeting data on one screen when filling in a meeting request - calendar, room availability, etc...

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

Product wise, I wish there were an easier way for me to upload my event registrants (both internal and external) in the months leading up to an event.  If there were some integration between Jifflenow and CVENT, this could be done automatically/in batch during those months before an event.

At the event, I dislike when meeting requestors don't fill in all internal/external meeting attendees before the day of the meeting, then I'm spending a lot of time adding folks to existing meetings when they all show up for their meeting.  

**What problems is Jifflenow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting management in general.  Jifflenow eliminates the need for me (as a meeting manager) to be a funnel between our account execs trying to set up meetings and our customers who they are inviting to those meetings.  It's a totally self-service system that I can make available to our account execs, then they can go off and fill up all those available meeting slots.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

Tool very useful in setting meeting for show located in a different time zone, without need to calculate time zone different. Good visibility on availability of attendees. Possibility to change hour and location easily.
It keeps record of old shows, so we can easily found all contacts information.
Attendees calendar very useful

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

it is not possible to change from internal room location to off-site location or vice versa once the meeting is created. Need to cancel and create it from scratch.
No possibility to add someone for 1/2 meeting only (need to create an additional meeting)
Cannot see more than one attendee calendar at time.

Before opening to public,it is important to close the hours  not relevant for the attendees.

We stopped using the long excel tables for all the meetings...Other benefits: no overbooking, no issue with time zone

The Jifflenow platform is easy to use and is scalable depending on the size of your event. It keeps meetings organized and visible. 

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

Very few dislikes - the platform is internet-based so it's accessible globally. There can be a few quirks and limitations when booking meetings, but usually there's a way to overcome with the help of a Jifflenow rep.

With over 350 meetings in a span of 3 or 4 days, Jifflenow allows full utilization of meeting space at events while keeping everything organized and in one place. Gone are the days with managing meetings on Excel!

For some reason, some people´s agendas are not always up-to-date, and creates scheduling conflicts.

Scheduling meetings at large events, including people from various organizations - would be impossible without a tool like this one.

We like working with Gail, Anil. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive. We can rely on them.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

It is not a disadvantage of JN, rather the booking process is long. JN team does its best to ease this pain. It would be nice to have them on the biggest events for free, when we have a long-term relationship agreement.

Be prepared, ask for advice before starting the setup.

Streamlines executive calendars and demoer availability so there is one single source of truth, no overlapping meetings, conflicts, nor double booking. Tracking meetings that took place post-show is also so much easier.

Jifflenow mobile app doesn't really work yet.

The direct connectivity to salesforce makes reporting and tracking a breeze. We capture so many more people's information and interests by scheduling these meetings on the fly at our booth at events. The automated calendar invitations appear to clients and prospects as professional and streamlined.

I like the features that allow you to divide content between internal/external to facilitate communication. The user interface is also easy to navigate and attractive.

It can be a little difficult to change meeting time if you need to find a different room.

Its very easy to use, and helps collect information we wouldn't normally get.

If I had to choose something, it would be when you book meetings for others, you have to be careful about changing the owner name.

Collecting important lead and customer information at events.  The sales guys actually use it because it is so easy and gives them the information they need.

It's a great tool that helps you to organize, managing for you the available booths.

The process is efficient.  The reporting is easy.  The platform is user-friendly.

Time zone difference for receiving replies from account rep.  We're an East Coast company.

I love the Account team that works with me from the beginning to the end - customizing the tool for me and making any required changes I need along the way! Top notch support with friendly and responsive support always! The tool works amazing for me because this team helps make that happen!

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

The fact that the tool times out to quickly and I have to re-enter credentials (email and password too many times a day). 

**Recommendations to others considering Jifflenow:**

I would highly recommend. I was using excel int he past and would have 14-20 calendars going at all times and one change i would make I would have to manually make sure all others were in line. It was difficult to see availability when multiple users would be needed, had to create the meeting invites, all manual made for much more chance for error and super time consuming!

The platform is easy to set up and implement event to event, and easy for folks to become fluent in using. The tool provides visibility into meeting scheduling, availability and helps track the meeting goals. 

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

Some of the custom reporting is somewhat limited. for example, we run a custom report with specific fields that we need to report upon post event. this report has to be created each time within each event vs creating once and setting up as a standard report across all events.

Gathering of meeting requests, meeting hosts / attendee schedule availability and traction of meeting goals.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

Ability to see and manage customer meetings onsite and make highest and best use of available space.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

From an administrator standpoint, meetings that are cancelled still show on the list and it can be easy to overlook the little red mark which indicates it is a cancelled meeting.

**Recommendations to others considering Jifflenow:**

Bring your executive admins in early for adoption with the C-Level calendars they manage  -  Having their buy-in early will have a positive impact on adoption.

**What problems is Jifflenow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing onsite meetings with customers is no longer a jumbled mess of excel and google docs trying to keep things organized.  This has allowed meeting managers to focus on other areas of conference management.

JiffleNow has made it easy for us to manage 1:1 meetings for large and small scale events and ensure that communication to internal and external attendees is streamlined. No more manual tracking and sending out individual Outlook invites!

So far, every request we have had to customize has been met so I don't have any complaints about functionality at this time

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

Level of customization to accommodate different business needs event by event. Each event can be structured entirely different based on how you need meeting rooms and access structured. Excellent level of customer support!

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

Still some occasional bugs that result to load issues or page refresh delays. However, once discovered and addressed, Jifflenow does a good job on trying to find a resolution ASAP. 

**What problems is Jifflenow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer meeting management for industry events. The tool has been a major improvement from past tools used. The ability to customize the tool specific to your event needs has been a great benefit and overall the tool is easy to use, which helps with the adoption rate and learning curve for frequent users.

Multiple admins can book meetings and add it to outlook.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

One thing they are working on already was my only complaint. I would like to be able to do some of the customization myself. It is already on the road map so I am not concerned.

Before Jiffle only one admin could book a meeting now it is live and multiple users are booking meetings.

Ease of use, ability to customize as necessary for every event, very intuitive, endless reporting options.  Customer support model is fantastic.

There is actually nothing I can say that I dislike about the platform currently.

Scheduling 1:1 meetings during tradeshows and events, hundreds of meetings to cram into a very brief span of time.  Tool eliminates double booking of schedules and rooms and streamlines the entire planning process ahead of time.

We have a off-site annual User Conference and we need a scheduling tool that matches our clients with our Subject Matter Experts. The tool is an excellent way to have a site for our clients to go to, choose the topic and then we match the expert. They have said they really like the advantage of meeting product experts in such an easy forum.

Not sure. I like many features, but most likely the best would be the calendar page which I use to check on room availability or - in a separate tab(s) - the calendar of the my most important attendees.

**What do you dislike about Jifflenow?**

That it times out and I have to start all over again if I get distracted by something else. It's not saving progress.

We got rid off the dreaded xl sheet to manage rooms and people during events/shows. It also makes it so much easier before the show for attendees and requestors to book meetings with several attendees.

We used to use two spreadsheets and individual calendar invites for each meeting (sometimes over 80 meetings at an event). With Jifflenow, it's all one step!

My GCal doesn't integrate in, I have to add my availability.

Reporting is much easier! Scheduling meetings is much quicker and efficient.

Post-meeting surveys did not map responses back to the meeting, but that can be fixed by exporting to Excel and moving some data around

We are able to schedule meetings in Outlook and report on them in SalesForce.com. Before Jifflenow, we had not been able to find a system that allows us to do both this efficiently.

**What do you like best about Jifflenow?**

If we ever have any issue, Jifflenow provides 24/7 customer support with their teams around the world.  Any issues we may encounter are resolved in a very short time frame.  They are an always on company!  I was the first person in the company to use the tool at an event and I have seen how it is evolved to react to our company's needs over the last 2+ years.  I was just on a call today with the team and they rolled out new features based on on-site event needs that that I had suggested.

There is nothing that I dislike about Jifflenow!

This tool is a lifesaver - -having managed meetings at large events without a proper tool, I know how overwhelming it can be.  This tool literally lets one person do the work of 3.

I like everything about this product, including the personalized support that I get from the vendor.

Meeting Management at large events, literally up to 1000 or more over a few days.  Incredible productivity increases.  Request management, invitations, approvals, room assignments, and onsite management.
