They're super easy to work with and very clear. They share videos that make it even easier to understand what they're trying to portray and allow you to see what the functions of Swoogo are. The initial setup was very easy, and I took the time to walk through the different layouts and what we needed to get started, which made my life easier and helped me understand and learn the platform better. **What do you dislike about Swoogo?** I haven't come across any issues yet so far. They are constantly evolving and coming up with ways to make it more functional for different types of events. **What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Swoogo to manage different ticket types and add-ons, allowing us to control attendee access based on credentials. It helps organize attendees by their registration types, improving communication and functional pathways at events. ### 2. The customizable format and ability to create full-blown events vs. just emails vs. a landing page with a separate registry page (for co-branded events) is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Swoogo?** Their in-person app to check folks into an event in real-time is good. However, you cannot add unregistered folks manually without loading a separate webpage to have them register via the original website. That can be incredibly stressful/time-consuming. Separately, it would be great to have "templates" that mimic certain categories so you don't need to manually add EVERY detail. For example, instead of creating or duplicating a dinner event - it would be great to have an "in-person eating event" where it adds dietary restrictions and other obvious details/questions to a reg site. **What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swoogo makes creating brand recognition and consistency for company events easy, so we don't have to create a new event/vibe every time. Loading invite lists and managing ALL current affairs in one platform is incredibly helpful. I spoke with our Director of Sales Engineering, Shawn, who offered me a few solutions for both of these situations: 1. Instead of manually checking in unregistered attendees at check-in, consider having a QR code that day of registrants can scan and register from on their own device. Once registered, they can show their confirmation page with their personal QR code to the check-in staff and keep the line moving. 2. It's 100% possible to create your own templates in Swoogo and copy them as needed. In our help center we've put together a series of event-type articles, which might be a good place to start. As always, our support team and your personal account manager are always readily available to answer any additional questions you might have. I was able to learn the tool and launch a major event in less than 30 days. Everything is drag and drop and easy to customize. This is a great tool if you're not super techy. I especially like that I can create custom registration fields across our whole account or by event, enabling our team to capture consistent data. The registration reports live links have been lifesavers! We can now send a password-protected live link to any stakeholders for them to keep track of registration in real-time. On top of some pretty cool functionality, the team at Swoogo is A+. Anything I've had an issue with they're always willing to dive in and help find a solution to my unique challenge. **What do you dislike about Swoogo?** I wish the HubSpot integration was a little more robust, like the ability to see email open rates in HubSpot from emails sent through Swoogo. I've suggested this functionality as a feature request and I'm sure the team is working on it. We've submitted other ideas before that the team has developed which was pretty cool to see ;) **What problems is Swoogo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The attendee/registrant live reports have been a game changer for us.
