The Speceti team installed all of the sensors. They were professional and explained the process in an easy to understand way, not just to the IT/Ops team, but also to interested workers that saw them in the office.

It was easy to set up an account to view the data gathered in the application portal. The portal was easy to navigate and the engineers from Spaceti met with us frequently to make sure we were getting the information we wanted to receive throughout the project. The team was great to work with, and the sensors gather an incredible amount of data from office space usage to the environment quality of the office air. This comes at a price. I’ve noticed that when someone leaves the company and is removed from the active directory, they still appear as active on the floor plan map. This creates some inconvenience, as I have to manually remove the person from their seat; otherwise, the seat remains marked as occupied when it should actually be vacant. The insights and the new AI module brought the speed our business was missing. Great releases with features that we were missing.
