What sets them apart is their committment to the customer. I can't imagine sharing a better example of that customer care, than my recent experience this past weekend....yes...weekend! I've had contact with hundreds of customer support folks in my 59 years on plant earth. There have been some good experiences and not so good! But my experience with Zach Davis at Slicktext, by far, hands down, was the BEST experience I have ever had with any front facing customer support person...period! Zach went way over the top to make sure my problem was solved. He said from the beginning of our conversation. " don't worry Kevin. I got this!". And Zach came through.
