# For those who sell products, which opt in gave the best results? Coupon codes or free with purchase?

I own a bakery. I have given away free cookies for subscribers and I'm not getting as much traction as I thought that I would. Most customers sign up when they check out on my website.

I would try a BOGO for the clients that signed up that way you’d get them to return. For example: if you have all of your previous clients on one list. You can do buy one get one holiday cookies , or a buy a dozen receive 6. Type of idea.
