Now Unreliable **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail **Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025 **What do you like best about SlickText?** When I first started using Slicktext, the ease, the pricing, and the service was top notch. **What do you dislike about SlickText?** Not having someone on the weekends to assist customers, no one to answer the phones when you call, making everyone use chat, the downtime/turn around time for them to fix the features in the app, so that a person can use what they are paying for, and the brush off of some of the employees as if they are reading the same script. **What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was my go to for easy communication and advertisement with customer for a few of my small businesses. **Official Response from Zach Davis:** > Thank you for sharing your experience. I was able to communicate any updates to my motorcycle directly without extra chatter via text messages. **What do you dislike about SlickText?** "our account currently has 1 unregistered number. Messages sent from this number will be blocked by the wireless carriers until it's registered." never could get resolved. We don't have a website. **What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was only using for chapter communication. This is meant for small businesses. **What do you dislike about SlickText?** I dislike the analytics and feel as if It could be reworked to look much cleaner, it's not accurate and the clicks on links are inaccurate. **What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?** SlickTexts integration system is what initially caught our eye.
