What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I like how easily I can reach someone who is very helpful and always pleasant at RingCentral Contact Center. It's nice that they fix our requests on the first call, which is super important with our busy work schedule. I find them to be the most helpful and they work well with other items I use. I appreciate that I can use RingCentral Contact Center on my phone, giving me the flexibility to move away from my desk and use it out of the office. The initial setup was very easy, and the phones were practically ready to work right out of the box, actually, I think they did work right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Backup Solution, But Plagued by Number Issues and Disconnected Support"
What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

WIth Ring Central for what it is we used it at the time for on the desktop for my team and as a back up solution on the phone (in case power issues for our remote team) this allowed us to constantly have answering abilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

Biggest issue bad bad bad numbers, this i can understand maybe its an A2P or Twilio, but it wasn't like this years prior we switched even before A2P became a thing, numbers i hear are even worse, i even went to a conference they had a booth at for Contact Centers and they didn't even show up yikes, but to be fair they have market brand share and solid branding and decent tech, but like everyone of these dialers they forget core functions in the name of innovation and go after Ai. What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

What I appreciate most about RingCentral Contact Center is the unified and intuitive nature of the platform. Calls, messages, customer interactions, and reporting are all brought together in a single place, making it much easier to stay organized and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Another aspect I value is its high level of customization. Workflows, dashboards, and routing rules can all be tailored to match your team’s specific needs, rather than being limited to a rigid setup. Additionally, the reporting features and real-time analytics are incredibly helpful for monitoring performance and quickly identifying areas that need improvement.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

What I find challenging about RingCentral Contact Center is that the interface can be somewhat complex to navigate initially. With so many features and settings available, it takes a while to become completely familiar and comfortable with the platform.

Additionally, certain customizations or integrations are not as intuitive as I would expect, and there are times when I have to reach out to support to get specific configurations set up.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I appreciate how RingCentral Contact Center makes staying in touch easy and quick, which is essential for my work as a Service Team Coordinator. The convenience of creating different teams for various positions and the seamless video connectivity are standout features for me. The ability to conduct meetings, talk, and do presentations through the video/meeting feature adds significant value, particularly being able to see individuals or multiple people in a meeting setting. The messaging system, along with the favorites and video features, enhances my communication processes greatly. I also found the initial setup of the RingCentral Contact Center remarkably easy, which is a huge plus. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I experience performance issues with RingCentral Contact Center when using video features. Specifically, when I'm on a video call and attempt to share my screen, both the video and overall system start to lag, which can interrupt the flow of meetings and presentations.
