What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

I like that ring central gives you a phone number that is separate from your personal line. I also like that ring central automatically logs calls for you, so you don't have to handle that process manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

In the WFH environment, I find that I'm doing a lot of zoom meetings and sometimes would rather just pick my phone up instead of go through ring central. I wish ring central could integrate with zoom to track those meetings as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

It has allowed me to hire specialized personnel to attend to my clients in a fairly fast and inexpensive way, the fact that my clients can communicate directly with them, without having any type of barrier speaking in terms of location is quite useful, allows me to find a wide variety of professionals who speak different languages, which is of great help when my clients contact them and do not speak Spanish, its interface is quite simple and easy to use which allows me to achieve everything what I am looking for to improve the communication channels with my company in a safe, easy and fast way, the fact that it supports communication via chat is also of great help to channel any request or requirement of my clients in a more efficient and simple. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

To be honest, my life in my company was in chaos when I received the reports about my clients' requests for attention, and each time we were being left with less staff and more complaints due to the delay in solving a request for part of a user or poor organization and management by the helpdesk when assigning cases, we implemented many methods and strategies but they all failed, until I decided to give RingCentral one last chance and I must admit that it really helped us to fix everything quite simply, so to say that I found something negative about its use would be a huge lie. I love how easy Ring Central is to use. It is very user-friendly and helps us keep track and measure our SLA. It shows how many people are on at one time and how many calls are waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

It has everything that I need to stay in contact with members or prospects. I can add them to my directory so I know exactly whom I am speaking with whether that be via text or phone. I can listen to voicemails from the app on my computer or on my phone. I know it is an prefernce but I do like that I can receive email notifications for an incoming text or a voicemail. I wish I could be logged in to more than one phone line. My location has multitple lines that I manage and having it all in one accessible place would be convenient. From text messages to voicemails and categorized by the line called in to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center?

Ring Central is easy to use anywhere. It is easily downloaded on my phone, and allows me to be in touch with my team no matter where I am. I'm able to easily connect with my remote team and show them how to handle things directly on my screen with ease. I am also able to have remote meetings with clients without having to travel. We handle clients all over Canada, USA, and even Puerto Rico, so it is very hard to always be able to travel and have face to face meetings with our clients. Ring Central brings the clients ease, being able to make face to face meetings easier without having to spend the additional cost of travel and accomodations. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center?

I wish all the features were together in one place. It is very hard to ensure that all my applications are always open and I am constantly missing calls because not all of the apps are open. It is also very hard to constantly find the meetings. When I send out a meeting invite to others, there are so many numbers and everyone is typically confused on which one they need to call in to in order to be on the call.
