The convenience of creating different teams for various positions and the seamless video connectivity are standout features for me. The ability to conduct meetings, talk, and do presentations through the video/meeting feature adds significant value, particularly being able to see individuals or multiple people in a meeting setting. The messaging system, along with the favorites and video features, enhances my communication processes greatly. I also found the initial setup of the RingCentral Contact Center remarkably easy, which is a huge plus. I experience performance issues with RingCentral Contact Center when using video features. Specifically, when I'm on a video call and attempt to share my screen, both the video and overall system start to lag, which can interrupt the flow of meetings and presentations.
