"Not bad, but could be more efficient. "

What do you like best?

I enjoy all the reporting, there is a lot of information readily available to you. I also really enjoy that depending on your title you can have access to see what your team is doing. I'm able to view all their tasks and whether they have completed them or not.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that it only operates well on Internet Explorer. If it could be accessed through Chrome, my life would be much easier. Also, if reports could be pulled in real time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend getting familiar with all the widgets and customizing your dashboard for ultimate optimization. The task feature is amazing. You can see what needs to be done at a glance, you're able to complete and make notes without having to leave the home screen.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reports are my biggest benefit. It's nice to see such a breakdown for various things. You can create appointments and schedule follow ups which is so helpful.

"E-signatures & Instant Corrections Are Magnificent"

What do you like best?

Once an applicant is screened and approved, making their lease fast and easy! The system accounts for deregulated and regulated leases so there it minimizes leasing mistakes. Additionally, it syndicates the applicant information into our accounting system - Yardi

What do you dislike?

Adding a rider to a lease on one property or several properties can be a headache, support is not very responsive - you can always use the customizable rider option, but in many occasion that portion is needed for something else and it shouldn't be used instead of a rider which should be permanent. This is extremely frustrating when leases have to be made in a timely matter; however, this is a support issue rather than a software issue.

A mobile app would be amazinggggg and/or a more user-friendly mobile web experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It would be awesome, it there was some way for the system to collect first month's and security deposit electronically for use. It is a bit counterintuitive that we don't have tenant's come in to sign, but we make them come into the office to drop off payments.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

E-signing has streamed-lined the signing and processing of leasing - someone wants to move in tomorrow? No problem! All the paperwork will be signed and countersigned then!

A problem we have experienced is that sometimes the DHCR will not reflect increases at is should - it is most likely a glitch because it'll happen out of the blue rather than every single time.

"Simple to use."

What do you like best?

Organization is the best aspect of the product. The way that each item is categorized into tabs that include ease of access is a great plus. Also, the program is very quick when changing between categories. From the moment you start using the program it is very easy to understand, and any new users, just take a few minutes to make yourself familiar with the program and you will begin loving it. I love the fact that out maintenance records are organized in such a convenient way which makes it easy for all the employees to be on the same page and work as a team. The leasing aspect of the program is great as well.

What do you dislike?

It is hard to talk about anything that I dislike with such a great program, I do not think there are any improvements that I would make at this time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a very easy to understand program and you will find that it contains everything you may need to keep operations organized and running smoothly. It is an easy to learn program which makes it nice for any new employees without needing much time to explain its use.

Keeping all of our maintenance issues organized within a neat structure for ease of access. Residents each have a note tab for when any details about issues need to be resolved and is a great way for the team to communicate issues.

"Very simple"

What do you like best?

Realpage Onesite can be confusing at first because there are so many things that can be utilized. There are a multitude of reports, tabs, widgets, etc. But at the very core, OneSite does exactly what you tell it to. Many of my colleagues overthink the browser because we're always assuming things are more difficult than they are. But with OneSite it will always do exactly what you tell it to.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything to dislike about the product. It works how you want it to.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have solved many problems with OneSite, the reports help us with renewals, bonuses, and so much more. It is the core processor that we use to run our business and our day-to-day.

"Not Impressed with OneSite"

What do you like best?

I have worked in onesite for 5 years now, and have never really enjoyed the experience. The one thing that I could say that I do like is the resident management piece. You can always find residents easily within their interface.

What do you dislike?

There is a lot that I dislike, but since I'm in marketing, I'll just focus on that piece. I HATE that you cannot successfully track why prospects signed with you in OneSite. There is really not an efficient way to gauge ROI and marketing outlets. You can pull a "source" report, however, it's not usually accurate, so you have to take everything on there with a grain of sand.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend looking at Entrada or Yardi before signing a contract with onesite.

We utilize OneSite for resident and prospect management within a real estate management company. Unfortunately, there are not many benefits that we have realized.

What do you like best?

I like the ease of putting in a work order. I feel it is very simple and has a lot of choices to help make sure maintenance knows exactly what is going on and where.

What do you dislike?

I wish that Onesite and On-site were paired in the same program as I feel it would be more beneficial to the workers who have to use the programs day in and day out.

Combine Onesite and On-Site.

I think the biggest thing Onepage helps with is the ease of work orders for both the LC's and Maintenance workers.

"This is the application we use everyday at work and I am so thankful this program exists!"

What do you like best?

The ease of use-- This platform is pretty easy to use and easy for a new employee to learn. It is a lot of click and point when it comes to using it, so as long as someone can read they should be fine.

What do you dislike?

We had some issues when it came to random numbers being added on to work orders or work orders not being completely submitted and it took one site a long time to work out these kinks.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ease of use is great, however when there are problems it is hard for One Site to fix them, it takes awhile to fix them and the team is left to suffer in the mean time. When it is working it is great, just takes awhile to get kinks fixed.

It is very easy to use this site to communicate between different members on the team. We can submit work orders and the maintenance team gets them immediately.

"Onesite is the one stop you need"

What do you like best?

Onesite Accounting is a complete accounting system that handles all of your needs; from property accounting to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and more.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that we have to use a separate company to handle our payment processing, this is something that should be easily handled but overlooked.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend Real Page Onesite to others, Just be aware it is a fairly large infrastructure, so be ready for training.

The business benefits we are receiving from Onesite accounting is the ability to run all the needed reports quickly, with the ability to export in any format.

"Software needs updating"

What do you like best?

Loads faster, user friendly screening modules, generate reports clearly

I think it's nice that OneSite allows you to clearly see any transactions in regards to rent, utilities, deposits. It also automatically pulls OneSite generated letters to send out to the communities that are universal throughout apartment communities.

What do you dislike?

Today's page needs updating since it does have a messy look to it. I think it needs to improve on the way it sends notifications to users in regards on who to send, for instance, to legal, a 3-day notice, or any emails to. There should be a simpler way to send mass emails out or add activity notes without doing those items one by one.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It does accurately sort everyone into their apartment communities in a clear orderly manner.

"Very User Friendly"

What do you like best?

The best thing about Realpage is that instead of having a lot of outside programs integrating well together, they have programs that are made by them so that they work effortlessly together. Such as Onesite, Lead2Lease, Activebuilding, etc.

What do you dislike?

The service requests take a while before they are ever complete.

We use Onesite to Manager our leads, applications, screenings, and current and former residents.

"Takes some getting used to"

What do you like best?

I like how it's a one stop shop. Everything you need to do to cater to a resident is all in one place.

It takes some clicking around to find what you're looking for which is time consuming.

The follow up reminders were nice. It was easy to put in a service request.

"Best Property Management Software"

What do you like best?

"Top Notch Simplicity"

What do you like best?

The simple user interface! The program is very user friendly.

What do you dislike?

Having to pull multiple reports instead of being able to drill down through 1 report to get all the same results from 5 different reports

"Wonderful interface & essy to use!"

What do you like best?

Love the interface when you first login. Mistakes can be easily corrected versus using older property mgmt software.

What do you dislike?

Loading time and having to wait 2 minutes before advancing to the next date

Generating leases, entering payments & applicant info, etc. Conducting backfround checks from OneSite is a very helpful feature so I dont have to re-enter info into another 3rd party website.

"OneSite is great!"

I like that you are able to do everything with this software.

I don't like that you can't save your password and have to enter it every time.

"Great Resource for Property Management"

What do you like best?

I really like the feature used for scheduling follow ups for the prospects and residents.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit slow and clunky looking. It may be our internet but it just seems slow to navigate.
