# Why I wasn't able to keep track of the traffic calls from prospects using resman?

It would be nice for resman to handle all the traffic calls from prospects and keep a report from all the marketing resources.

If you head over to the report section, under "prospect" you can pull up a report for the number of prospect calls and emails that were made by every employee. Regarding traffic you can pull up the report in the same section regarding the prospect(s) that were toured that day buy hitting, "select date range" and choosing the day in question. Hope that helps
