I believe the most impressive aspects of EliseAI are its round-the-clock availability and its capacity for human-like conversational AI across multiple communication channels, like text, email, and voice. I find that its ability to intelligently automate high-volume tasks—such as lead qualification, tour scheduling, and handling various requests—translates directly into a substantial increase in operational efficiency and significant time savings for staff. Furthermore, I value how its instant and consistent responses improve customer satisfaction and drive quicker conversions, especially in the demanding real estate industry.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

A key source of dissatisfaction could be the AI's inherent limitations in handling complex or nuanced conversations, which can lead to prospect frustration and force awkward handovers back to human staff, undermining the desired level of personalized service and rapport-building.

EliseAI primarily helps the real estate industry solve the critical business problem of operational inefficiency caused by high staff turnover and excessive time spent on repetitive tasks like answering basic leasing inquiries and managing renewals. By providing 24/7, human-like automation across email, text, and chat, the AI ensures instant response to leads (especially after hours), significantly boosting lead conversion rates and tour scheduling while simultaneously lowering labor costs. **What do you like best about EliseAI?**

I like that EliseAI can handle basic items so that our teams can spend more time on other things. It's valuable to us because it takes items off our teams' plates. The initial setup of EliseAI was easy.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

It needs to know more information to provide to callers to avoid transferring to a team member. It would also be good if EliseAI could mention to the caller that they are new and trying their best to serve them, so callers don't get angry right away.

**What problems is EliseAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EliseAI handles basic questions that don't need human responses, freeing up our team to focus on more important tasks.

**What do you like best about EliseAI?**

I love the flexibility of EliseAI's development team which stands out remarkably. Their ability to swiftly address not only current issues but also proactively contribute to our future development work is truly commendable. This proactive problem-solving and development approach is incredibly helpful, allowing us to enhance not just Prime's business model but also providing improvements that benefit other property management companies. The development team's adaptability and foresight are invaluable assets, aiding in driving growth and streamlining complex processes within the property management industry.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

I wish there was a greater opportunity for integration of EliseAI into our PMS system.

**What problems is EliseAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prime deployed a Centralization model in 2025 aimed to bring all accounting administrative tasks from on-site to this new team. EliseAI provided the perfect solution to help support our site teams and residents during this transition. This task would have been much more difficult had we not had the support of the AI which acted as an extension of our site teams.

**What do you like best about EliseAI?**

I find EliseAI incredibly valuable due to its ease of use and customizability. The system simplifies my day-to-day tasks by managing mundane and time-consuming activities effectively. I particularly appreciate its ability to streamline delinquency follow-ups and maintenance work orders, which significantly reduces my workload. The feature that allows for easy revision and updating of knowledge is also a standout, enhancing the platform’s adaptability to my evolving needs. EliseAI's automation capabilities have notably reduced staff workload, which was one of the primary reasons for transitioning from our previous solution, Anyone Home. Despite the initial setup being intensive, it was well worth the effort, resulting in a streamlined and efficient workflow. The product's capacity to facilitate these improvements in our processes makes it indispensable.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

I find the affordability aspect of EliseAI challenging, as it lacks a single affordable housing option and needs more customization capabilities in this area. Additionally, I am concerned that the AI's ability to respond with rent ranges based on resident income is limited, as it currently defaults to pulling just the market rate from the Property Management System (PMS).

I use EliseAI to automate mundane tasks, manage delinquency follow-ups, and streamline maintenance work orders, reducing staff workload and increasing efficiency.

I have had some issues with the AI bot scheduling appointments that were not requested or cancelling appointments when they should not be.

EliseAI is assisting with the office when it is not open and residents and leads need help. It is very effective so that we do not miss out on any correspondence.

Elise has saved our leasing professionals over 2,000 hours in less than 6 months. It is easy to program and grow in knowledge and customize. Everyone who works for Elise gives quality customer service.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

There is a small learning curve to users on when they take over guest cards or messages. Further training on our part is required more than anything.

Answering prospect questions during non office hours or in short time periods.

**What do you like best about EliseAI?**

Elise AI has increased our site team efficiency by converting more leads to a tour quicker freeing up the site teams to focus on providing quality tours versus managing a conversation on a regular basis. The set up and integration process has been extremely easy to navigate with the site teams to gather community data and the training provided is incredible for the site teams to actively utilize the program on launch day. Communities I work with are also on the CRM platform which has been extremely user friendly even to teams new to the industry. The AI communication is natural feeling with the prospects and schedules tours quickly and professionally. If a question is asked the AI can not answer it is clear to the site team in the dashboard that they need to work that lead. Overall this software is working incredibly for our teams and getting more conversions to tours so our site teams can focus on the interpersonal interactions. On the support side tickets are resolved quickly and professionally with tangible results and open communication. EliseAI has been a huge benefit to our teams!

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

There is little to dislike about EliseAI. A pain point that could be looked into would be a client checklist or steps list of what to expect between finalizing the community form and going live to help Supervisors prepare a schedule of reviewing reports and monitoring performance and to allow time for ad sources to be updated.

**What problems is EliseAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elise AI is solving the issue of site teams not having enough time in the day to accurately follow up with prospects, schedule the tour, and has significantly reduced the amount of time in between lead submission and response especially as at least half of leads are being submitted overnight. The 24/7 responses have helped capture those leads that otherwise would have been lost.

EliseAI can respond to leads within 5 minutes. This is highly beneficial for responding to emails and texts after hours. Providing a prompt response helps properties stand out from their competitors and increase their chances of converting a lead to a tour.

EliseAI can provide a fast and efficient response, but it may not always be able to offer the same level of personalized service and support as a human agent.

Properties that receive a high volume of leads may struggle to respond to all of them promptly, leading to frustrated prospects and missed opportunities. EliseAI can help properties manage this volume by providing an automated response system that can quickly and efficiently respond to routine inquiries.

The at a glance ability to look at daily activities! The frequent notifications are also one of my favorites. Most especially I love that the first contact from a prospect is instantly answered by Elise

I have not experienced any down sides with this program. I find it easy and conveinant.

It solves the problem of responding to leads quickly during off ours (nights and weekends) while feeling more human of experience than talking with a chatbot or reading an FAQ list. That quick response is crucial in leasing apartments, so EliseAI has really helped our teams to convert leads from a simple email to booking a tour.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

The AI doesn't interpret/understand language, and therefore makes for frequently clunky conversations with our prospects. Sometimes it feels like a slightly more sophisticated search bar.

Elise AI is a beautiful response tool with incredible intelligent features. Customer service is top-notch, with a fast response time. The dashboard is user-friendly, and issues that come up are promptly fixed.

Integration with Elise can be tricky, depending on what stage the PMS is on. If the PMS is live, the system is simple. If it isn't, there seems to be a lot of back and forth until it is implemented.

**What problems is EliseAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elise AI makes it easy never to miss a lead. One of the best things about this product is getting leads a response after regular business hours. Not only is it just a response, but the communication is incredibly life-like. If the conversation moves into territory that Elise is unfamiliar with, it is pushed to an agent.

I love that it helps the onsite staff! A lot of the times they are extremely busy, doing packages, talking to prospect, or there may be an office with just one person. Else AI supports the onsite team and potential prospect with any questions they may have.

**What do you dislike about EliseAI?**

I did not like how some chatbots looked different from the rest. However, they have updated their chatbot, and they all look great and uniform.

EliseAI has not had any significant problems regarding the onboarding process or the product. The few times we had minor problems, the support team was on board and quickly helped solve the issue!

There are no downsides to EliseAI. Plus, if you ever run into an issue or have a question, their team is quick to help and provides ample support.

EliseAI completes all initial lead follow-up 24-7. Leasing agents are able to spend more time focusing on current residents and the property.
