I like the variety and detail of reports that are available with ResMan. These reports give us insight into how our property is functioning, allowing us to pinpoint costs and help reduce them where we're not spending money appropriately. We can also identify compliance issues and get ahead of things before inspections like a MR or maintenance tasks like an Inspire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're having difficulty with using ResMan for PRAC properties. The ResMan Budgets Pro feature works really well for conventional and tax credit properties. For some of the affordable properties, it's not formatted correctly. It definitely took a pretty long time with transitioning. We had to scan and digitize everything. We had to train our staff. And we actually had a dedicated, in-house staff member that was implementing the change for about a year and a half. It took probably three years for our company to become reasonably proficient.
