**What do you like best about Anyone Home?**

What I like the most about Anyone Home is how intuitive it is. It is easy to use and was easy to implement for day to day operations. The customer support program they offer is also great.

I use Anyone Home all the time, not because I have to, but because I love using it to remain in contact with prospects and residents. This CRM has a lot of features that make it easier for communication.

**What do you dislike about Anyone Home?**

Anyone Home is near perfect, but like everything else it is not. The main Issue I had with Anyone Home was during the integration process, it was a bit slow. Thankfully, their customer service and resources they have available helped easen that process.

**What problems is Anyone Home solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone Home is solving the issue of effeciency and effectiveness. Having an AI counterpart and resources to schedule tours make the leasing process much more efficient than before, which has lead to a positive trend in effectiveness and success.

The way is sometimes reads metrics can overcomplicate things

Anyone will automatically follow up with prospects or confirm appointments and this can very helpful as follow up is key.

**What do you like best about Anyone Home?**

Anyone Home enables you to channel leads through a dynamic pipeline and empowers you to craft a highly personalized communication journey, striking a harmonious balance between automation and human interaction. Harnessing 1st party data is incredibly easy and their CRM helps you get the most out of our marketing dollars. All of our team members use their products daily to generate essential revenue. They have proven to be a loyal, flexible, and ideal partner for our organization. Their customer support is the absolute best in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Anyone Home?**

Some interfaces can be more streamlined, however, AH understands the importance of not being static. They are always innovating when it comes to data recognition and accessibility.

**What problems is Anyone Home solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have solved a number of issues with communication gaps that our team members were experiencing. They continue to innovate features that streamline the sales process more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Anyone Home?**

It integrates and is used directly in our PMS and we don't have to sign in to a separate CRM system.

**What do you dislike about Anyone Home?**

If a resident calls back through the tracking number for a property instead of the main office line, it updates the name in the PMS to what appears in the guest card and then you have to manually update again in the PMS to correct.

**What problems is Anyone Home solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our leasing teams on track with responding to and tracking their prospect pipeline.

The ease to find our prospects and their pertinent information. The ability to log in communication and updates for tours, application, and resident status.

**What do you dislike about Anyone Home?**

Sometimes it is delayed as to real time application status or resident status.

**What problems is Anyone Home solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The documentation of prospect progress. It helps to keep prospects whether in inquiry or resident status updated and current.

**What do you like best about Anyone Home?**

The best part about Anyone Home is the call tree for emergency on-call maintenance. This can be easily changed/edited. Another great feature is the logging for the calls received by residnets, recorded voicemails, and which employee answered each call.

**What do you dislike about Anyone Home?**

My only issue with Anyone Home is the implementation of a new property. It takes longer than most answering service companies. Although this is a disadvantage, their customer service is amazing and were able to get the new property set up in time.

**What do you like best about Anyone Home?**

The dashboard is easy to read, it gives an overview of leasing stats (within reason).

**What do you dislike about Anyone Home?**

The platform is very glitchy and every time support fixes one thing, two more problems spring up. Their team is not responsive and we often wait a week before hearing anything back. When they do answer, we are often told that their team is working on it and it takes several weeks or even months for issues to be fixed.

We wanted to be able to track where our leads were coming from in a more effective manner.

I like how easy it is to navigate around. It doesn’t take much to learn the whole system.

It’s very glitchy. The call center doesn’t provide correct information.

This platform is great for managing incoming leads and making sure there are no prospects that go unanswered.

I have trouble when trying to send emails to multiple prospects: e-blasting
