"Effortless Setup and Daily Reliability—An Indispensable Tool with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

I truly value how easy it is to use and how straightforward the setup process was, allowing us to get everyone connected without any hassle. We rely on it daily, and it has quickly become an essential part of our infrastructure. It has proven particularly useful when onboarding some of our remote workers. Whenever we've had questions or concerns, the PDQ team has always been extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

There truly hasn't been anything we haven't enjoyed about this. It's become one of my favorite tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An absolute game-changer for our organization"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect has become an indispensable tool in my daily IT management. I loved PDQ Deploy and Inventory but with the rise of mobile devices we needed something to reach those devices without having an always on VPN. Deploying software and patches is incredibly quick and easy, thanks to the intuitive interface and the constantly updated package library. The team behind the product continues to make it a no brainer to renew ever year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

The product is relatively new so it is missing some of those mature features that Deploy and Inventory has (like powershell scanners). Highly recommend taking a look a the roadmap to see what is in store for the future. I would also love to see a more robust API to make automation even easier. "IT Enterprise Lifesaver"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

It gives me the ability to reach out and touch our employee computers no matter where they are. I can install software, run scripts, audit installed software, uninstall software, check machine status, and so much more that I haven't even tried yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

For me, it has been when I can't connect to equipment due to some connection glitch. Doesn't happen often, but it usually happens at the least appropriate time. Murphy's Law and all, I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive remote management software for remote-work environments"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect allows me to provision software to remote systems, get the IP address for whitelisting needs, analyze drivers for versioning, and even check the BIOS version against known issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

Upfront cost: $1000/year for 100 systems. I feel like there's room for a pricing plan for smaller shops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Remote Access, Great Documentation and Support."
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

Able to communicate/visibility with devices off the network.

PDQ’s documentation, support team, and active community really make the product great. The live webinars and Discord are also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

Lack of a self-service portal. Also deploy/inventory are still what we use primarly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PDQ Connect its amazing why not give it a try"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect offers a range of valuable features, but one of the most impactful is the ability to install an agent on all of our remote machines. This allows us to reliably deploy software, ensure applications are kept up to date, and verify that all required software is present on each device.

The recently added remote access functionality has also proven to be highly effective, enabling seamless remote support and troubleshooting.

Another particularly useful aspect is the comprehensive visibility into device details—such as hardware specifications, installed applications, and any hardware changes. In addition, the ability to push out both Windows patches and third-party software updates from a single platform makes PDQ Connect an incredibly efficient and centralized tool for endpoint management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

While it may sound unusual, I genuinely have no significant dislikes or concerns regarding PDQ Connect—I believe it’s an outstanding product. If anything, there is always room for a few additional customization options, but even in that regard, PDQ stands out. One of the key strengths of the company is its responsiveness to user feedback. They actively listen to customer requests and are highly committed to exploring and implementing improvements whenever possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Remote Device Management with Room to Grow"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect makes managing remote Windows devices incredibly straightforward. The interface is clean and intuitive, and setup is quick—especially for teams already familiar with PDQ Deploy and Inventory. I appreciated the ability to deploy software and run scripts on machines without needing them on a domain or VPN, which is a game-changer for distributed workforces. The real-time visibility into device status and simple grouping logic also streamline routine IT tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

While it covers many core needs, PDQ Connect is still maturing. Some more advanced features from PDQ Deploy/Inventory are missing, such as granular scheduling, in-depth reporting, or integrations with third-party tools like ticketing systems. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams considering the current feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PDQ Connect - A School Districts Life Saver"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ Connect has been great! We have been a PDQ Deploy/Inventory district for many years now. It is great to manage our on prem devices. PDQ Connect has been amazing for managing our remote devices. We have been transitioning from a Mac district to a Windows district. It has been very difficult to manage our Mac devices with any of the offerings out there (Simple MDM would have been our choice if we stayed Mac). PDQ Connect was easy to implement and deploy. Our customer rep is very responsive and helpful when purchasing. Having PDQ Connect and Windows devices has just made sense. We use this product almost daily. It has been easy to remotely push updates, applications and computer settings. It has also helped streamline our ability to support our staff when they are at home.

It is a night and day difference from before we had it and we can not see a scenario that we would not keep it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

We have not seen many if any downsides and none come to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
