## About PDQ Connect
PDQ is an endpoint management platform designed for IT administrators and sysadmins. Manage, secure, and automate endpoints across remote, hybrid, and on-site environments. Manage your organization's Windows and macOS machines from a central platform designed to make the grind of everyday IT workflows seamless and the thorny why-the-hell-isn’t-this-working issues easier to diagnose. Core capabilities include patch management, vulnerability remediation, remote desktop access and monitoring, and software deployment. In short, the stuff you actually tell us to build. Just look at our Discord. Vulnerabilities are continuously detected and prioritized using real-world exploit activity in addition to CVSS, enabling remediation based on real, not theoretical, business risk. Patch both Windows OS and over 1,000 Windows and macOS packages from a hand-built library sourced directly from publishers, virus-scanned, stripped of nonsense, and typically updated within hours of a new release. PDQ pre-built workflows and automations are running within minutes of onboarding, but most of our sysadmins combine custom multistep packages, advanced PowerShell scanners, dynamic device groups, vulnerability automations, and a community-shared script library to create an end-to-end system tailor-built for their situation, reducing what was once days into minutes. And for when all else fails, PDQ ships with a native device-level diagnostics and a remote desktop tool that fires up quickly to help you diagnose, fix, and move on, whether you’re dealing with an x64 Lenovo or an ARM Macbook Pro. Multi-tenant support allows IT teams managing multiple environments to operate from a single console. Real-time, event-driven automation allows IT teams to execute workflows based on device state and predefined conditions — deployments trigger the moment a condition is met, without waiting for a scheduled window. Offline device deployment queuing ensures no device is skipped regardless of connectivity at the time a deployment runs. And where compliance, regulatory, or org policy requires, PDQ’s core deployment and patching capabilities can also be deployed as an on-premise, agentless solution. PDQ is SOC 2 certified and includes security features including MFA, role-based access controls, encryption, and audit logging to support compliance requirements. Pricing is publicly available and supports self-service purchasing without requiring a sales call. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

## PDQ Connect Reviews
 ### 1. Efficient Remote Management, Needs Full RMM Features

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

I like how PDQ Connect makes deploying updates or apps to a specific target super easy and intuitive. I find the feature for finding endpoints that meet certain criteria and saving them to a group for future use super helpful. The dynamic groups that stay up-to-date are especially useful.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

It's missing some of the big features that a traditional RMM has, such as reporting, live monitoring, and policy management. For a similar price, you can get a much more full-featured product. I don't think I'd recommend it often just because it's lacking compared to a fully-fledged RMM tool.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PDQ Connect for remote deployments and support. It helps me manage and deploy apps to endpoints remotely.

 ### 2. Unobtrusive Management

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

I like that PDQ Connect is unobtrusive compared to the old Windows Server methods. It alleviates the need for hands-on machine provisioning and compliance, minimizing IT efforts on tedious tasks.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I would like to see Linux compliance options. This would provide extended coverage across devices.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PDQ Connect to comply with audits by enforcing policies, which minimizes IT efforts on tedious tasks and is less intrusive than old Windows Server methods.

 ### 3. Blazing Fast Performance When It Works

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Technology Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It really is fast when it works, great that we can install without physically getting to the computer or remoting in.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Doesn't feel intuitive to use, even some or the wording takes time to understand.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying the right apps and updates to our users quickly with little interruptions

 ### 4. N

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It is the go to solution for delivering software, patches and updates to devices in our network.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Issues with communication. Lacks transparency.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of implementing changes and updates across the various platforms and devices in our organization.

 ### 5. Needs Better Remote Agent Sharing and RDP Integration

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It integrates with PDQ Inventory and allows us to migrate our existing packages. The portal interface is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

It does not have a link to share to download the agent remotely. It does integrate with a ticketing system. It does not work with other RDP agents that we use like Omnissa Horizon.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to push apps and mages devices from a single pane of glass for devices onsite and remote ones as well.
