I find the feature for finding endpoints that meet certain criteria and saving them to a group for future use super helpful. The dynamic groups that stay up-to-date are especially useful. **What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?** It's missing some of the big features that a traditional RMM has, such as reporting, live monitoring, and policy management. For a similar price, you can get a much more full-featured product. I don't think I'd recommend it often just because it's lacking compared to a fully-fledged RMM tool. **What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PDQ Connect for remote deployments and support. It helps me manage and deploy apps to endpoints remotely. ### 2.
