Having used PDQ products for over four years, I can confidently say the release of PDQ Connect was nothing short of a game changer. From the moment it launched, it was clear the PDQ team had taken everything great about their tools and elevated it further.

Truthfully, there’s very little, if anything I dislike about PDQ Connect. It's a continually evolving product, and I fully respect that iterative approach. While some users might expect every feature out of the gate, the steady pace of improvements and new capabilities has been impressive.

I like how PDQ Connect makes deploying updates or apps to a specific target super easy and intuitive. I find the feature for finding endpoints that meet certain criteria and saving them to a group for future use super helpful. The dynamic groups that stay up-to-date are especially useful. It's missing some of the big features that a traditional RMM has, such as reporting, live monitoring, and policy management. For a similar price, you can get a much more full-featured product.
