It was easy to setup and start using, packages are easy to create/manage, using the automations for off hour deployments and to keep apps updated is a game changer. I would like to be able to restrict view access for some sections and packages. For example, we want our service desk technicians to be able to deploy only the apps that are approved apps for our company. We do not want them to see or have access to deploy anything that we have not approved (internally). I would also like the ability to go back and review my old tickets. I like how PDQ Connect makes deploying updates or apps to a specific target super easy and intuitive. I find the feature for finding endpoints that meet certain criteria and saving them to a group for future use super helpful. The dynamic groups that stay up-to-date are especially useful. It's missing some of the big features that a traditional RMM has, such as reporting, live monitoring, and policy management. For a similar price, you can get a much more full-featured product.
