## About PDQ Connect
PDQ Connect is an agent-based endpoint management solution for Windows and macOS, designed for IT administrators and sysadmins. Manage, secure, and automate endpoints across remote, hybrid, and on-site environments without requiring a VPN. Core capabilities include patch management, software deployment, remote desktop access, and vulnerability management. Patch management supports both Windows updates and third-party applications. Vulnerabilities are continuously detected and prioritized using real-world exploit activity in addition to CVSS, enabling remediation based on active risk. Real-time, event-driven automation allows IT teams to execute workflows based on device state and predefined conditions — deployments trigger the moment a condition is met, without waiting for a scheduled window. Offline device deployment queuing ensures no device is skipped regardless of connectivity at the time a deployment runs. The curated package library includes 500+ applications and scripts, sourced directly from publishers, virus-scanned, and typically updated within hours of a new release. Custom multistep packages are supported for proprietary or specialized software. Device groups and inventory provide dynamic and static targeting based on device state, installed software, and custom scan data. Native deployment logging captures failure detail without requiring custom scripts. Remote desktop access supports sessions whether or not an end user is logged in. Multi-tenant support allows IT teams managing multiple environments to operate from a single console. PDQ Connect is SOC 2 certified and includes security features including MFA, role-based access controls, encryption, and audit logging to support compliance requirements. Pricing is publicly available and supports self-service purchasing without requiring a sales call. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. Founded in 2001, PDQ was built by sysadmins, for sysadmins. Backed by a support team with a 95% customer satisfaction score over the past year. Trusted by 30,000+ IT professionals worldwide.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Being able to manage our fleet of 400+ PCs in one simple place, the remote desktop agent is especially helpful.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

We did try the vulnerability module but found it was lacking for the amount of extra money it cost.

Instead of manually installing packages one at a time we can now package them and deploy them to our users with a few clicks.

  ### 3. Effortless Remote Deployment Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It’s handy for deploying software to our users that aren’t near us

I think setup initially takes a bit, but I think other than that it does its job.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shows us what software we’re deploying and to who for our remote users.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

It is the go to solution for delivering software, patches and updates to devices in our network.

Issues with communication. Lacks transparency.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of implementing changes and updates across the various platforms and devices in our organization.

  ### 5. Needs Better Remote Agent Sharing and RDP Integration

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It integrates with PDQ Inventory and allows us to migrate our existing packages. The portal interface is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

It does not have a link to share to download the agent remotely. It does integrate with a ticketing system. It does not work with other RDP agents that we use like Omnissa Horizon.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to push apps and mages devices from a single pane of glass for devices onsite and remote ones as well.

  ### 6. Effortless Server Updates and Patching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Keeping all of our servers up to date and patched

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Nothing. It's a great product. The interface is simple but that is a plus.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Microsoft Azure solution is lacking so this did what we wanted for patch management

  ### 7. Effortless Simplicity That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

The simplicity of the UI and the reliability of commands.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Nothing at this moment- still learning the software

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software deployment to a range of different devices across multiple locations - it allows technicians to work across multiple sites

  ### 8. Data Collection and Software Deployment made awesome (and getting better every day)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander N. | Lead Mechanical Engineer/Part Time Sysadmin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

I was a long time user of Deploy and Inventory, but those products relied on devices being on VPN or inside the LAN. Because Connect is agent-based, we can use it to collect data and administrate any internet connected device we have the agent on.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

It's getting better very day, which means it's not yet as feature rich as Deploy and Inventory were. In most cases the features I miss are on the roadmap and coming soon or in the mid-term (powershell scanners, package conditions, etc).
In cases where I don't know how to accomplish something, there's an engaged community of staff and other sysadmin users on the PDQ Discord server who are super helpful.
Sales can be slow to respond sometimes, but the product is fantastic and the technical team really know their stuff!

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software Administration of all devices, whether on the LAN or remote.

  ### 9. PDQ Connect, or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Cloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ Connect is incredibly helpful for our org to manage our fleet of offsite laptops or Intune-only joined devices. It gives us a ton of control and visibility into managing and maintaining software and scripts on the devices without the hassle of a fully fledged RMM

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

The biggest issue we've run against is needing to run two different iterations of PDQ between on-prem Deploy and Cloud based Connect. As Connect continues to mature this is becoming less of an issue since we can move our workflows there.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues since the onset of Covid of managing non-VPN'd or offsite devices. Connect gives us the management and visibility into these devices that lets us administer them the same as if they were physically on-prem.

  ### 10. PDQ a game changer for our environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Upside of PDQ connect is the ability to update software remotely and more recently the ability to remote into a computer like "teamviewer" without the added cost. We use this system daily and I have found myself preferring to use the remote feature rather than TeamViewer. We are also using it to update our endpoints with great results.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Logging into the Portal can be a little onerous, but I think that is by design, so your information is secure. Deployment packages for software outside of the PDQ's premade packs take some trial and error to work but their documentation and support takes out a lot of guesswork.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management is great with PDQ much of the software is set and forget. Remote desktop is working better than Team viewer in our environment but that may be due to some security measures that were implemented.

  ### 11. Improved Visibility and Inventory

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

We started with a spreadsheet and Microsoft Lists to manage inventory along with WSUS and AD. PDQ has changed the game for us. The GUI is very intuitive and easy to use. We have implemented some changes already that have improved our department's effectiveness, with plans to ramp up use later this year. The support we have received is fantastic. Especially utilizing the Discord to reach out to the community for assistance and guidance. I use it every day! It makes my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I am anxiously awaiting the Software tab. I also want more control over the built-in packages. Like a checklist of what options you want to keep or adjust before it runs. Support sometimes takes a few days to respond. That's my biggest complaint.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory visibility for our workstations has been amazing. Patch Management is very dynamic and growing.

  ### 12. Great combination of PDQ Inventory & Deploy - but cloud based

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny G. | Service Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ Connect is an extremely useful cloud based endpoint management system. The ability to manage, patch, deploy, and monitor in an all-in-one application is always a wonderful addition to an IT team.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ Connect is still young. There are some features that Inventory & Deploy have that can't be replicated, yet, with Connect. That being said - PDQ Connect's roadmap is transparent and they are always open to suggestions.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to patch, manage, and remote into machines when they're not on VPN.

  ### 13. Flexible, Easy to Use, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

Flexibility, ease of use, implementation, support.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Switching between tenants, copying or moving machines, copying or moving packages.

Managing end-user machines, distributing and updating software and OS pathces, general software and hardware inventorying.

  ### 14. Effortless Deployment and Configuration

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Ease of sogtware deployment and configuration. Support is also great till now

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

There is nothing i dont like till now...

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch and endpoint managment

  ### 15. PDQ Connect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marko K. | Senior Desktop Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It was really easy to implement it and to use it.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

It's not directly connected to PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have remote users that are using MS Surface devices and are not connecting directly to our network to get latest patches and updates.
PDQ connect gives us ability to touch those devices the moment they come online and latest patches and application updates get applied.
Also we can monitor and see if any of them are falling behind with patches.

  ### 16. Effortless Automation for App and Patch Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

The automation with installing apps and patches

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

The lack of Linux support as of now for some of my devices

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my machines up to date with minimal work

  ### 17. Effortless Remote Support and Seamless Connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Remote support, ease of connection, and patching.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Installing agent is a two-step process, which can sometimes be overlooked.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support, patching updates.

  ### 18. Access from Anywhere Makes Cloud Management Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin W. | Support Services Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

In the cloud, can be accessed from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Not easy to transfer computers between tenants and lack of detail in install steps especially during failures.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulnerability scanning.

  ### 19. Helpful Features for Remote Devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Its helpful being able to do some of the same basic elements that PDQ Inventory and PDQ Connect do for computers that aren't on our networks most of the time.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Some of what seems like basic features from PDQ Inventory and PDQ Deploy are missing. From PDQ Inventory there some of the lack of things you can scan like existence of certain files on the computer is frustrating. From PDQ Deploy not having a % and step by step completion of a deployment is frustrating as the little pie chart doesn't give a good indication if its actually progressing. Also the fact that PDQ Connect can't communicate with PDQ inventory to update information is frustrating.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility and basic deployment to devices not physically on our networks.

  ### 20. Super convenient tool to easily connect to hundreds of computers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

The ease and speed of connecting to machines—whether in the office or remote—makes this software incredibly convenient. I can install or remove applications in seconds, check the software inventory on any device with PDQ installed, and view detailed deployment history per machine. And that’s just scratching the surface—I haven’t even explored half the tools it offers yet.

Customer support is fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

All in all, PDQ has been a powerful and reliable addition to my toolkit as a Service Desk Manager.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I’ve run into some issues with ZScaler blocking access, but that’s a ZScaler-related hurdle I’m working to resolve—it’s not a reflection on PDQ’s performance.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PDQ Connect allows me to connect quickly and easily to multiple users without requiring them to install anything or take any action on their end. It streamlines remote support and lets me push out applications and patches efficiently, saving time and minimizing disruptions for end users.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ Connect has been one of the most reliable remote desktop solutions I have used. I find the connection to be strong and quick. It's ability to interact with elevated requests and reboots seamlessly is a huge plus for me. Plenty of other exciting features. The commands option is nice, and the deployable packages are huge time savers.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Would love some features like blocking keyboard/mouse access to the local user at the PC when remoting in.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

regular updates, uninstalls/installs, endpoint management, inventory management, remote access and more.

  ### 24. Great solution for our several locations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan M. | Adjunct Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

We had been using PDQ Inventory & Deploy, but we had some deployment failures with our remote workers and several locations. With Connect, we no longer have these issues. We are confident that our users are getting the patches, scripts, and software they need to keep the business running.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

The cost can start to creep upwards if you aren't careful to remove stale devices.

Connect is keeping our devices up to date with security patches and software regardless of the user's location.

  ### 25. Easy use and great value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ is just a great tool that makes my life easy - deploy software to single user / groups / all and track on the progress.
One of my favourites is the detections to see which devices have (and don't have) certain software (and versions) so we can install updates of that software with a couple of clicks.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Have not really come across any things I don't like.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WE have an MSP that is proving to be unhelpful. We use PDQ to plug the gaps - installing software. Ensure updates run (especially when the provided service fails).
I use it frequently to check software compliance which is super easy.

  ### 26. One Window Admin Makes Management Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhi S. | President, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

I do not have many dislikes, but maybe just adding more 3rd party installs and updates.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

No longer have to worry about the logistics of ensuring a device is on prem for deployment. Automations are easy to create and run against a group or your entire fleet of machines. Remote desktop solution is a fantastic addition to the console, now my team can save time accessing devices in the same place they pull the inventory information about the device.

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

It offers simple solution that are easy to navigate even in the most basic of users.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Version doesn't test out all vulnerabilities needs more warnings to advise of possible mis-configs

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Installation issues, and mis-configs

  ### 36. Effortless App Deployment and Firm-Wide Tech Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Insight into entire firm's technology and being able to push applications easily.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Coming from PDQ Deploy and Inventory, PDQ Connect has a bit of maturing to go. It's making progress, but not as robust as the others.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying and updating software in bulk.

  ### 37. PDQ Connect has provided clarity and responsiveness to our daily operations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

We are able to see all of our Windows devices and their vulnerabilities. It has allowed us to mass update or install software to streamline our process. It allows us to do this from the comfort of our "command center (our offices)" and not have to physically touch a machine (unless it's powered off of course). Their support is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Sometimes a package won't install or the Connect agent is out of date. Those create issues, but those are manageable.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the above! It's saving me time and effort.

  ### 38. PDQ Connect is amazing but...

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

The PDQ staff and team are amazing. The service and platform aren't bad either; in fact they are really great (*).

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

(*) Scanners: Lack of scoping and scheduling start (once you save the scanner it immediately goes out and tries to scan every device. Terrible for testing and developing new scanners.
Scanners: Powershell scanners (stock standard with PDQ Inventory) have been advertised as being in development for PDQ Connect for what seems a really long time and we have been waiting and waiting and waiting.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing applications and devices through use of packages, scripting, and queries.

  ### 39. PDQ Connect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Intuitive, simple integration, great to use to remote into hardware across many different locations.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I don't find anything I don't like. Very well put together.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to time clocks and being able to make changes remotely.

  ### 40. Not Sure What I'd Do Without It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory W. | Information Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ Connect is incredibly easy to setup/use. It's just a few clicks and suddenly, you just pushed an update to all of your end users. This is something we use every day in our environment. Customer support has been helpful with any/all questions.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

If I had to nit-pick, I would say maybe more detailed reporting capabilities, but again I'm really just looking for something to dislike.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating endpoints/remotely installing software.

  ### 41. Absolutely Loving It—No Complaints So Far

  ### 42. PDQ Connect: The Best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake C. | Core Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

I love the ability to deploy different packages remotely. We've created a PC Baseline package to automate many of our software/application installations.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I wish we could view a live view of the output log to monitor deployments.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatin complex or time consuming installations. Remote work without needing VPN connection.

  ### 43. Excellent Agent-based deployment and device asset inventory tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Connect is very fast and easy to use. Deployment of applications is typically as easy as dropping the installer in to a package and hitting deploy. When it isn't that easy, helpdesk is responsive over email and has a dedicated Discord server where both agents and community members post frequently throughout the day. This is a product that I log in to every day for inventory purposes and also features vulnerability scanning and remediation as well as a remote access tool. Deploying the agent itself is easy through any typical management engine (GPO/Intune/MDM/etc).

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Currently not available on all platforms, primarily only Windows (though they're working on MacOS and mobile integrations).

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of scripting and application deployments at scale without any concern as to whether devices are on network or if DNS routes can reach the target from a deployment server.

  ### 44. Patching For Behavioral Healthcare

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

PDQ connect has been a great help it allows us to quickly patch workstations regardless of where they are located. Remote support has also been a huge advantage.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

There is not totally parity in features with PDQ Deploy / Inventory. The package library is more extensive in PDQ Deploy. There are some issues with detecting software versions in PDQ connect.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support for a distributed workforce and quick efficent patch management. We also deploy some custom packages to support our Electronic Health Record system.

  ### 45. PDQ Connect: The Remote Management Tool IT Pros Deserve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Technology Cordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Easy remote access and fast updates, along with easy integration.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

There is no option to hide the remote box.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the summer when most staff is out of district we have problems with updates. With the agent driven PDQ Connect, we no longer have these issues.

  ### 46. Effortless Device Connectivity and User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

how easy it is to use and conect to devices across the network

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

non that i know of personally. so far so good

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monitoring and managing devices and software across our org

  ### 47. PDQ has been one of the best and painless solutions to manage our network.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

The mobility was a huge plus. I like the lightweight web interface. It's not too busy. Deployment was easy because we went from PDQ inventory and deploy to connect. I have always had reasonable time responses for support requests. Someone from our Admin teams logs into PDQ at least once a day to check things out. Integration was very easy as all we needed to do was deploy the client.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I would like to see Linux, Mac and potentially mobile clients for inventory and vulnerability reasons. I would also like to see more scanner options. I noticed that when using the search devices, sometimes I am searching for a custom field and it doesn't seem to find it.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting end users and keeping systems up to date is the most crucial.

  ### 48. Indispensable Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help me control all the company's equipment in a simple, fast, and secure way. We have the platform integrated with Okta.

  ### 49. PDQ Connect for a diversely spread work force

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Engineering Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

Real-time endpoint management over the internet.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

Sometimes the console does not update or can be slow to sort.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PDQ Connect allows devices that are not inside the network to report in and be managed by rule-based deployments for applications and OS updates.

  ### 50. As if PDQ couldn't get any better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about PDQ Connect?**

I've used Inventory & Deploy for years, but what a difference it makes having access to devices over the internet. It's instant! I MEAN IN-STANT! I'll blink my eyes and it's done deploying. The agent is a breeze to mass deploy and the devices show in Connect quickly.

**What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?**

I haven't discovered if there is anything to dislike. Seriously.

**What problems is PDQ Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage devices from anywhere. PDQ Connect is making me aware of vulnerabilities and automating how I patch them.
