While the platform itself is robust enough for most affiliate managers' needs, what really sets PartnerStack apart is their excellent customer service. Whether I'm working with their support team or our success manager, I'm consistently blown away by the level of thought and proactiveness that is put into making sure that our business is successful. The platform can be a little clunky at times, with some limitations requiring manual solutions or tedious workarounds. That being said, they seem very responsive to feedback and are actively looking to improve on those limitations. Migrating to another platform is always a daunting process, well not with the folks over at Partnerstack. I felt more and more confident with every step on the onboarding process, and so far never heard the word "No". They believe in your brand just as much as they believe in Partnerstack, this brings along a sense of belonging, and they are always there for you.
