Campaigns aren't very customizable, we can't have different senders or set the email sender as the partner manager for automatic communication. We've had to create a few workarounds for our platform integrations (Hubspot and custom solution). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to manage, the statistics are pretty clear. Great differentiation between affiliate and partner management. Onboarding and initial setup with CSM are really helpful. The initial setup can take some time (depends on your case). Would be great to not have a default group option just a customized group setup. Honestly, I have had an overall great experience so far. All the features work really well. At first, I had a little trouble with the marketing templates, but customer support helped me get that figured out really quickly. The customer support has been wonderful when I have questions or issues. Overall, it is very simple to use the platform and a little work gives you quite a big payoff!
