What I love most about PartnerStack is the easy-to-use navigational panel on the left-hand side. It contains all the information I would need for finding my links, promo codes, downloading a spreadsheet of sales and messaging center for communication with the company. I suppose the only complaint I have would be only having the ability to connect PayPal for payment. It would be nice to be able to direct deposit into my bank account without an additional fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a former Sales leader of a competitive offering to PartnerStack, I had a high bar going into the evaluation. Using my old company's software to manage our partner program was obviously the easiest and most logical option given my familiarity, but I truly felt like PartnerStack's capabilities were a better fit for what we needed. I'm pleased to report that the experience has exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The ability to run automated email campaigns has been great to help build out a workflow to onboard new partners. The triggers allow us to get as complex as what we want with the reward structure. Love that I can allow our partners to refer via both a referral link and lead submission form. The PartnerStack team is also top notch - the onboarding consultants have been super responsive in helping achieve an expedited launch and always willing to help us push the boundaries of what the plaform can do. The lack of reward options outside of cash is a bit of a limitation. It would be good to have electronic gift cards to open up the types of programs that can be run and to drive engagement through the challenges. The other thing that would be helpful would be transactional emails that get sent every time an action happens e.g. for each reward earned. We've figured out a workaround for this through our marketing automation platform, but it would be nice to have it included within the platform given how robust the email campaign functionality is otherwise. It's super easy to manage existing partner programs. It centralizes all details you need for each partner in one dashboard. It's the most easy to use and nicely designed tool compared to others! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that you can't change the Owner on a partner program. You have to reach out to Support for help MOVING the programs but not changing owners, it's frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website offers a lot of options under the same roof. The payout methods are easy and convenient, customer service is A1. It also offers a fast track to communicating with the different brands.
