The best thing about PartnerStack is how you can track each account and each customer down to the last detail and everything is in one self-explanatory, simple dash! Well, before you updated the commissions portal, the payouts would show for certain dates, then, when the dates arrived, they would change to later dates and it was very frustrating. But last 2 months or so you appear to have worked that all out and now I am very pleased with how streamlined you've gotten it. Whatever you did, do more of THAT! I like the fact that you can see all your referrals in one place as well as their email addresses. I'm someone who likes to go above and beyond with the services I recommend. It's not a HUGE deal, but every month when I'm eligible for a payout, I have to log in to manually request the payout. It only takes a minute, but it would be more convenient if they'd just send the payouts automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it does not show the real-time data like actual sales reports or earning reports not matching in the homepage dashboard and in product dashboard, I contacted the support team and they fixed it immediately so it's not a big concern for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been several times the referral didn't get tracked. I used my own URL to set up a system for a client and copy/pasted the URL that i always used, but it didn't get credit when others did. I can't seem to figure out why it works most of the time but not all the time. I feel like if I had insight into the backend that the partner companies have I might be able to better troubleshoot.
