What I like the most in workday is it's simple interface that you don't have to ask your Boss how to use it. Workday started out as an HR and Finance solution and this is very evident in the Workday Student module. The programmers seem to think llike HR and Finance people, not like users of a Student Information System. Industry-wide common "normal" terminology is changed either for no discernable reason, becasue the commmon terminology wasn't known, or because the terms had already been used for something else in the HR or Finance modules. In the company that I used to work with, we used to use workday to get more information about our position, about the company, important newsletter that we needed to read, open positions, etc.
