"Cal ID Makes Scheduling Effortless with a Clean UI and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

Cal ID is an excellent scheduling tool that simplifies meeting management. The clean UI/UX makes it very easy to set up event types and share booking links. I especially love the timezone-based availability feature and the wide range of integrations — Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, and more all work seamlessly. The onboarding is smooth and the overall performance is fast and reliable. It's a great value-for-money solution for professionals who need efficient scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The mobile experience could be more polished, and some advanced customization options for event types are limited compared to competitors. The reporting and analytics section could benefit from more in-depth insights. Occasionally, the interface feels slightly slow when loading integrations. It would also be helpful to have more built-in templates for common scheduling scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful customizations that make appointment feel special."
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I really love the integrations with other software, and how it makes it effortless to stay in touch with my clients. Sending reminders and other service-related messages is simple, and it helps me keep communication consistent. The level of customization is remarkable and flexible, and it helps me gather all the info i need in order to dive deep in my services. the pricing is optimal, since it is packed with features. The servers are optimized, and the support is ready to help in everyday tasks. The menus can seem daunting at first but is the price to pay for the very welcome profoundness needed to make it very personal. The support appears to be AI driven, and is very helpful. What do you dislike about Cal ID?

In terms of what i dislike is the lack of customization for the calendar looks. i can't really feel that the page speaks about my service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cal ID Delivers Premium Scheduling Features Without the Per-User SaaS Tax"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

Most scheduling tools lock their best features, like automated reminders, multiple active event types, or payment collection, behind steep per-user paywalls. Cal ID gives you all of this without the SaaS tax. For a lean, scaling B2B agency, having unrestricted access to these tools out of the box is incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Trying to manage your availability or cancel a meeting on the go is a challenge. The mobile browser version of the admin panel is not fully optimized for small screens. If you’re at a conference or in a car and need to quickly block out the rest of your afternoon, the buttons are small and the layout can break, making emergency calendar management stressful. "Effortless Scheduling That Saves Hours Every Week"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like best about Cal ID is how it completely removes the back and forth of scheduling by letting clients book directly through a personalized link synced with all my calendars.

The automated reminders and real-time availability checks have cut down no shows significantly and saved me hours every week.

I also rely heavily on its integrations (Zoom, Google Calendar, CRM tools), which automatically trigger workflows after bookings so I don’t have to manually update anything.

An unexpected bonus is the white label booking page; having my own branded link actually makes the whole experience feel more professional and has improved client trust Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

What I dislike about Cal ID is that customization and advanced workflows can feel a bit limited.

There’s also a slight learning curve when setting up automation rules or integrations, which can slow down initial onboarding.

I’d love to see deeper customization options, smoother onboarding guidance, and more robust integrations to make it even more powerful for scaling teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cal ID Makes Networking Easy with Instant Digital Contact Sharing"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

Cal ID has been a really useful tool for sharing contact information in a modern and professional way. Instead of exchanging traditional business cards, I can now share my details instantly through a digital profile, which makes networking much easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

improvement could be expanding integrations with other CRM and productivity tools. This would make it even more useful for professionals who want to automatically sync contacts or manage networking data across different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Setup, Free Features That Beat Calendly"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

Took about 10 minutes to set up and the booking link worked straight away. No credit card, no limitations on meetings or event types. I switched from Calendly because I was paying for features Cal ID just gives you for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The interface looks a bit rough in places but it hasn't caused any actual problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Lead Routing with an Exceptionally User-Friendly UI"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

The routing function is great for my team because leads are automatically assigned to each person, so we don’t need to manage assignments manually.

The UI of the software is exceptionally easy to navigate without any isses with features or options being hard to reach and very user friendly where even someone not great with softwares is able to utilize it proficient;y Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

it's not a dislike per say but since cal id is a global software, it does not integrate well with smaller workflow builders but it's not on cal id per say and more on the builders of the workflow software's themselves Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cal ID Streamlined Our Scheduling and Client Booking"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

At my agency, we run strategy calls, collaboration meetings, onboarding sessions and creative consultations.

Before using Cal ID, coordinating everyone’s availability meant endless back-and-forth messages. Once I started using Cal ID, the whole process became much more streamlined. Clients can simply choose a time that works for them and it syncs instantly with our calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Customization can feel limited at times and while the advanced automation rules are powerful, there’s a learning curve when you’re trying to build more complex setups. I also noticed that the mobile experience doesn’t always match the feature set available elsewhere, so feature parity can be an issue depending on what you need to do on the go. "Streamlines Scheduling with Customizable, Time-Saving Features"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I love using Cal ID for its comprehensive booking page, which allows me to offer both complimentary and paid services seamlessly. It handles form data sharing, payments, and even automated reminders and follow-ups. It saves me a lot of time and makes my business operations more efficient. The customization options are fantastic; I can personalize both the software and my correspondence, including adding my company branding to the booking page and integrating it into my website, even though I'm still working on that. The automated personalized messaging feature, which helps with client retention and time management, is my favorite. The Stripe integration is incredibly valuable, enabling immediate payment processing, and the video conferencing options offer great flexibility for different client preferences. The ability to tailor the aesthetics of the booking page and explore app integrations to enhance its functionality adds significant value. Overall, Cal ID's features greatly align with my business needs, making it an integral part of my tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

I wish I could have added the booking page to my website when I first started using the software but it was too challenging which is why I've pushed that to another phase of my website renovation. They could improve the ability to import event types from other calendar software. I've used Calendly but I've also tried other software that I wish I could import event types to Cal ID from since they were newer. Or maybe I just don't realize I can do so after all but since they explicitly call for Calendly imports, I haven't realized until right now that maybe I should try it from the other software anyway. Also, some more ways to use AI would be nice to try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Great Event Management Features - Needs Consultant Management"
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I really appreciate Cal ID's user interface and user experience, which I find really good. The event type and management provide a lot of features that are really helpful for vendors. I particularly like the ability to create custom workflows, which is really helpful for business. Setting up Cal ID was really easy and handy for the first-time use. We managed to set it up in a really efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Cal ID does not provide the option for adding multiple consultants for different event types, which is a limitation I'm finding challenging. Additionally, it lacks third-party call management integration, which would be beneficial to have within the app to coordinate calls with users at the right time. These features are important for us and would enhance its functionality for others as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
