I love how Cal ID gives complete control over scheduling from self-hosting to branding and API access. Unlike Calendly, I’m not locked into a closed platform. I can embed it directly into my website and product, customize flows, and own all my data.

Some UI polish in advanced settings, but functionality is very strong.

**What problems is Cal ID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cal.id for our startup to handle sales calls, onboarding, and internal meetings. The routing forms are extremely useful we can automatically send leads to the right team member based on inputs.

It replaced multiple tools for us. Instead of Calendly + form tools, Cal.id does everything in one place. The performance is fast, and we haven’t faced downtime.

There is a big problem with booking- like if I am in indiqa and the date here is 9 and I am booking a client in USA there the date is 8 so even if I select the different time zone it wont let me schedule for 8

What I appreciated most was how easy it was to use, along with the flexibility to customize the appearance of my booking page. I also found it very convenient that it integrates with Zoho Calendar and supports payment acceptance from Indian payment gateway providers such as Razorpay.

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Cal ID.

I was able to resolve my issue with accepting payments from an Indian audience and successfully integrated the solution with Zoho Calendar.
