Who is Cal ID pricing best suited for?

Cal ID's pricing structure is best suited for small business owners, freelancers, coaches, and solo professionals, the dominant segment across G2 reviews of Cal ID, who need feature-rich scheduling without monthly fees. The free Individual Plan fits individuals managing client bookings, payments via Stripe or Razorpay, and calendar sync across Google and Outlook. Cal ID's Business plan suits small teams needing round-robin distribution and routing, with G2 reviewers in consulting, recruiting, IT services, and health sectors citing these features specifically. Cal ID's Enterprise plan targets larger organizations requiring SSO, HRIS provisioning, and dedicated infrastructure, with mid-market and enterprise reviewers noting its suitability for complex multi-team scheduling.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Cal ID?

Cal ID's free Individual Plan covers unlimited event types, multi-calendar integration, workflows, and third-party app integrations for a single user on hosted infrastructure only. G2 reviewers confirm these free features rival paid tiers of competitors like Calendly. Cal ID's Business plan at $5.00/month unlocks team-oriented capabilities absent from the free tier: collective scheduling, round-robin assignment, routing forms, unified calendar, and contact management. Cal ID's Enterprise plan adds SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, dedicated infrastructure, advanced routing, org-wide branding, advanced analytics, custom integrations, and dedicated account support, with pricing available only via vendor quote.

Is Cal ID considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly consider Cal ID exceptional value, with the free Individual Plan drawing the most praise. Multiple G2 users explicitly switched from Calendly citing cost savings while retaining comparable or superior features, including unlimited event types, workflows, and multi-calendar integration at no charge. G2 reviews of Cal ID consistently highlight that features typically locked behind paid tiers on competing tools ship free here. The Business plan at $5.00/month earns positive sentiment for round-robin, routing forms, and team scheduling at a fraction of competitor pricing. The primary value concern noted by G2 reviewers is UI polish and occasional sync reliability, not pricing.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The lack of an app for ChromeOS isn't really a major issue for me. It's not a significant problem overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID as a digital concierge to handle the logistic heavy lifting for my professional life. It eliminates problems like double booking, time zone confusion, back-to-back meeting fatigue, and forgetting to follow up. Most tools charge extra to run business meetings properly, but Cal ID's workflows are built in with automated follow-ups. The secret event type is the ultimate feature. Workflows connect bookings to everything else, like updating CRM when a new client books. Automated follow-ups handle communication that slips through when I'm busy, and secret event types act as an access filter by showing an intro on your public page. Easy filtering and CRM updates were big reasons for switching from Calendly and Hubspot Meet. I also found the initial setup easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The UI works but is not polished. Deep settings and complex workflows feel clunky compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
