**What do you like best about OhMD?**

great for texting patients, lots of toggle options, individual users, send or receive images, save patient accounts.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

Limited to customization, seems like you only have control over your own account and staff. Would like more control of functions. You can only chat with OHMD representatives, they wont talk on the phone or have a number to call. Help is very slow sometimes. I have been working on 1 issue for about 1.5 hours in a chat (should only be a 15 - 20 minute issue). The lack of ACCOUNTABILITY is why I'm giving them a 6. Nobody will help improve their customer service.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

I work in a practice with around 20 providers. I like using OhMD because I find younger and busier patients are more likely to respond to a text than phone call / voicemail. Unlike a phone call, I can keep multiple conversations going at the same time. It is straightforward to send documents back and forth, and often patients prefer to upload by text than login and navigate our portal. "Closing" the OhMD chat seamlessly uploads the chat history to our Athena EMR, so anyone in the practice can see the record of what was discussed. It has been extremely easy to implement and I use it every day! Some of my favorite features include: being able to "assign" chats to different provider teams, having internal notes visible on the OhMD patient chart, and now being able to use emojis.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

The "saved replies" feature could be improved, it takes me too many clicks. The internal notes on patient profiles could be easier to use

Saving lots of time spent playing phone tag, making it easier to send and receive documents securely, increasing patient responses

I love that OhMD is user friendly and I also love the saved replies. Allows customers to quickly get their needs met.

Sometimes moves slow and kicks me out forcing me to log in again. Doesn't happen very often.

Helping with the high call quantity. Gives patients an option to not wait in the call queue but text and get their needs met quicker.

I really liked OhMD because the team really helps you every step of the way and are amaizing at answering questions. The customer service is also amaizing. I like that OhMD Is very easy to use and I would 100% recomend to every provider who is looking to brimg inovative change into their offices.

One thing I can say is that it did that quit a bit of time to get everything set up but it was defanatly worth the wait.

Very convenient! I love having the confidence that we are HIPPA compliant! I make use of this tool on a regular basis. It is easy to implement it's use with patients.

Some of the messages we hv w/ our patients literally disappear and we hv to go and search for it.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

Our clients enjoy being able to use a HIPPA compliant text messaging program. They are able to text us at our main phone number. Also love the integration with our website so people visiting our website can easily reach us and we can respond back in real time.

I love being able to communicate with my patients without having to give out my personal number. So much is done through text now, its a great way to connect with your patients.

The only problem I have come across is when searching for a patient, the patient will not show up. So I go to enter them in the system and it tells me that patient is already entered.

OhMD saves me time. I dont have to call every patient. I can send a quick text message and then they can call back at their convience

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

I like using OhMD because most patients have their phones set up to block unknown callers, and many don't even check their voicemail. But everyone texts these days...even the old people! So it's a way to let patients know I'm trying to reach them, and they usually get back to me pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

I've only been using OhMD for about 2 months so I'm not sure what all I can do with it. What I use it for is to communicate with patients about scheduling appointments. I don't like that I can't message patients directly, and when they message me back, my entire office can see the conversation. I wish it were more private.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OhMD helps me solve the issues with communicating to my patients effectively. It is nice that I am able to send them appointment info that they can use their phone to look at. They don't have to find a piece of paper to write everything down. Also, they can message me anytime, and I can get back to them in my own time. It really saves time within the scheduling business.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

web based allows easy log-in and transition when hiring staff or getting new equipment, call/SMS tracking everything living in the same thread of history for each patient with time stamps allows follow-ups and accuracy consistently throughout their journey with us from an operational stand point.The onboarding and ongoing OHMD team made it easy to where i am not working to give them my business but rather they are facilitating our business and stream lining the ease of implimentation even with the training call for my staff. OHMD is essential to my daily operations where it has allowed us to optimize time towards growing and improving other aspects of our practice.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

no broadcast by tag, staff initials visible to all on call stamps where we can see which staff member placed the call, ability to see active typoing by staff in a message window to avoid double texting the same patient at same time. Edit patient details from their message thread screen. Wish it had reporting analytics but was told this is will come soon

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broadcasting messages have allowed us to follow-up with patients on a larger scale leading to increased contact and conversion in a practical and efficient manner required to scale our business. It has implemented accountability within staff when managing patient engagement and retention where patients feel they are promptly serviced with the minor inquiries that would normally build up in call-backs and answering service outside of their appointments.The benefit of having an option to text instead of waiting on hold allows my staff to carry on regular in-person operations while clearing the queue constantly.

The texting feature is simple and convenient! It has helped us increase connections. Tech support is great and the platform is super easy to navigate.

At first it can be a little confusing to open and close conversations but overall just a learning cycle.

We only had calling capabiliites prior and now we are able to text, schedule appointments, etc with this platform. We have increase connection rates and streamlined broadcasts to be more efficient.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

Overall, the service is incredibly user friendly with excellent customer support. We utilize the expanded text and video chat as well as the forms platform and they took care of integrating all of our original paperwork so that we could continue to focus on caring for our patients. Our families have LOVED being able to quickly and easily contact our clinic for requests and to share big moments with us!

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

Truthfully the only short coming is that there are some features that we would love to see implemented into the app version that just aren't there... YET. OhMD is constantly working to develop and refine their services and any features we've mentioned, they've already begun to explore.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were in need of a new way to communicate effectively with our clients securely as we were having troubles with late notice cancellations as well as no call no shows leaving us unable to fill open spots. Having secure text has been incredible for scheduling as well as overall care for our clients; nothing feels better than having our families seen and heard! In addition, we recently added on the video option and can now provide vitual appointments for our families in more rural areas!

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

I like the ease of use and the customer support. Whenever I have a question, the customer is just one text message away. They are also timely in providing feedback when I have an issue.   Overall, I love the system and the prompt notifications that I receive via email when I have a new text message. I also like that it is HIPPA-compliant.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

There were a few glitches with a computer bug that required me to re-enter patient data, but they fixed that.

The problem of being able to communicate with patients easily using HIPPA-compliant features in an organized way.

 Also, I like how you can now call patients from the dashboard.

Ohmd decreases phone calls.  Ohmd is a great way to mass schedule for mammograms, etc.

I would like it be set up where unless the patient has consented, you cannot send them further messages.

Consolidating patients who have multiple charts and phone numbers.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

Working without OHMD is like being lost on an Island in the middle of the ocean, with no way to communicate without using your personal accounts and personal phone numbers. With OHMD their no worry, about using anything personal information. I like how it's fast and easy it is to use, it is just like texting on your phone. we use OHMD on a daily Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. If there is a problem there is customer support on stand-by. I also like the features that can be customized to your needs.

Sometimes I can be in the middle of a conversation and the platform times me out then I have to re-type my conversation again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about OhMD. Their customer service is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. OhMD has allowed our patients to contact us through all office phone numbers so we will never miss a message from a patient. Also, OhMD is extremely easy to use and I love the email format. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this company. :)

Main thing we would like to see is to be able to assign a message to a representatitive. Other than that everything is great!

OhMD is extremly beneficial when you have multiple office with a significant amount of calls coming in. As we know it is hard to answer every call but OhMD has allowed our patients to reach out when we are unable to answer their calls.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

OhMD allows us to communicate daily with patients, without the back and forth of leaving messages, missed returned calls, calling again, etc... Our patients are enjoying the ability to communicate with the clinic without having to wait on hold and be pinned in to business hours. If they think about needing to schedule an appointment after hours, they can send the message and someone will get back to them the next day. If they work in a job that doesn't allow phone calls, they can text us with their question or need, without having to actually talk on the phone. Our staff likes being able to reach out to the patient and receive a response, or communicate information, without playing phone tag. OhMD support has been fantastic! They answer my questions quickly, and make sure I understand and/or the issue is resolved. I love that I can "chat" with them so easily!

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

We would love if OhMD had the ability to automatically route messages to staff based on content of the message and patient's preferred provider, instead of someone watching the main portal and moving messages around. For example, if a message about a referral, automatically routed to the referral team. However, it is still saving us so much phone time, we do have staff available to handle the routing of the incoming messages.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OhMD streamlined rescheduling large numbers of appointments (i.e. when we are closed for inclement weather). We sent a reschedule message to over 200 patients with a few clicks-this would have been phone calls to all those patients before OhMD. Our staff is spending less time on the phone, as they can message patients to contact them, or at least set up a good time to call. The ability to text New Patient forms allows patients to complete the forms instead of coming in 30 min early to complete paperwork. Our patients are commenting on how much they love just being able to text the clinic for their needs!

Very intuitive to set up and use. On the rare occasion we have had questions, Customer Support is immediate and very helpful. Our team uses OhMD every day to message patients and regularly to broadcast seasonal topics to patients.

We serve Spanish speaking patients and anything we have wanted to customize in Spanish has to be through Customer Support.

OhMD allows us to have HIPAA compliant messaging with patients without a high technology burden for the patients. We're also able to manage patient engagement through seasonal topic broadcasts, as well as sharing new health programs we launch.

What I like best about OhMD is the customer service! OhMD is always making sure that everything is running smoothly for our practice and so helpful to trouble shoot anything that our providers have any trouble with. It is easy to use, and we appreciate that all texts come from our actual phone number! This app is amazing, and we are constantly updating our care teams and the OhMD app can keep up with our constant changing care teams and the high volume of texting that we do. We can use the app for phone calls and telehealth.

It's an easy to use program that gets the job done. The customer service is topnotch. The Head of Customer Success, Melanie, is not only helpful, she's responsive. The customer service we have received from OHMD is a rarity these days.

I like the easy access to customer service and their timliness and effort to resolve problems effectively so I can continue to go about my business day! Navigation of the app and browser versions both provide smooth transitions from chat to chat.

Wish you could delete old/previously used chats to free up space and search bar results. I also wish when adding a new clinician or person to an already established chat the options only showed those in your network as to not be confused and add non-network personel.

**What do you like best about OhMD?**

I love how easy it is to talk to someone at OhMD. We get responses right away and give feedback directly to the developers, not some form lost in a black hole. I appreciate how just in the 6 months we've used it there have been so many additions to the program. We started using OhMD for texting, but the forms and referral features are the icing on the cake! I tell everyone to give them a try. Is it perfect no, but is it easy - absolutely. Implementation was easy. It didn't take myself or the staff much involvement which is not common with any other system we've integrated our EMR with. We use it so much that we have already have moved one staff member from the phones completely and they only conversate w/ our patients via text. Our patients clearly LOVE it too.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

Probably how the upgrades are not scheduled. I like how every other system has a set date to upgrade. OhMD just says it's coming and so far it's a rough guess on when the go-live date is. Other than that - no major complaints.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting as an alternative to calling so they aren't listening to long hold times during short-staffed times. 
Patients can communicate when it's convenient for them and not play phone tag. This is great for us and the patients.
The fillable forms help so much since our EMR doesn't accommodate customization.
The referral feature is great for our outside providers as it gives them so many options to communicate with us by calling, texting, and/or a fillable form.

There should be a way for staff to send messages to us with regards to a specific patient. Currently the only way to send messages to providers regarding a message about a particular patient, is to simply send it to the provider. There is no way to categorize messages in a single thread. Also, there is no waiting room to put patients in when they are waiting for telehealth appts - This is a huge oversight. It is imperative for our productivity to have patients in a waiting room, otherwise we have to wait on them to click the link, etc. etc.

Helps with some of the communication and provides us with documenatation surrounding the patient's events. Telehealth platform needs some adjusting with adding a waiting room. Also need as I stated before, a way to categorize messages to providers from staff into a single thread.

I wish there were a waiting room for telehealth sessions as of now the client just jumps on. It would be nice to have the ability to let clients in when you were ready for a session.

OhMD allows editing and updating of patient information.  The app allows secure messaging between the site, the subject, and/or the subject's Legal Representative.  We're able to send a single message or conduct a complete conversation.  The app is as simple as sending text messages from your phone but more secure.

**What do you dislike about OhMD?**

Two thumbs up. Nothing to dislike. No issues with the system.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OhMD saves time.  I no longer have to call the subjects and wait for them to return my call.  You don't know if they listened to your message, and you're left wondering if they will call you back.  This system allows you to send a message and notifies you if the message fails to go through. Texting from a personal device is not compliant; this system resolves that problem. Printing out a copy of the conversation and filing it with the subject's medical records is possible. OhMD frees up time so that more time can be spent on patient care.

I like that it allows me to talk to patients so quickly and on top of it whenever I have questions there is the convenient help button in the bottom right that allows me to get expert access to new questions.

I think the hardest thing about OhMD is that currently we can not close out tabs with colleagues but after talking to an expert using the help button, I realised that soon that will be a function that is fixed!

Mainly the fact that patients always have questions and they don't know where to go and it is more convenient to text rather than to wait in a 20 minute queue on the phone or somewhere else in person.

With OhMD, I don't worry about HIPAA compliance when communicating with patients or other practitioners. It is fast, safe and most of all, patients LOVE it.

I would love a few more features so that I could get rid of my CRM platform, but honestly, there's not much I don't like.

**What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OhMD solved a few problems for us. For almost everything we do, prior authorizations are required. So we need to send forms and communicate back and forth with patients quite often. Often those communications have PHI or other sensitive information. OhMD allows us to get information from patients in secure and patient-friendly way. Get OhMD for the texting capabilities, then be amazed at the forms and auto-pilot capabilities. It's a really great tool.
