The UI is extremely outdated. It looks like something used in the early 2000s. Clicking everything is a hassle when filling out the patient chart. You can’t order meds through it and need to use a separate system. It also has a lot of technical issues, such as slowing down or simply not starting up or freezing and not working for several hours. I wouldn't say I like anything about greenway, from the look to the entire system.However, I do like that typing in Greenway is decent. I can type with no glithces. We integrated it with Canopy, and it takes a very long time for data from greenway to transfer to Canopy. The look of the app is highly outdated in design and efficiency. Usually one visit per year for a physical. This portal is NOT patient friendly. It doesn't even work with a smart phone. The best and probably unique feature is that patients are able to book their appointments on their own. Ability to ask queries to the physicians through secure messaging is another very useful feature.
