What do you like best about Netmera?

One of Netmera's greatest strengths is its outstanding customer service. Their team responds promptly and always offers clear, helpful support whenever we need assistance. Another benefit is how easily we can access the data we require, which not only saves us time but also streamlines our operations, making them more efficient. What do you dislike about Netmera?

As a data analyst, we need to transfer the data into our own data warehouse (DWH). While doing this, we sometimes experience issues with the FTP connection, which causes errors and breaks our data pipelines. What do you like best about Netmera?

The data Netmera offers fully meets our bank’s requirements. In addition, it has a very user-friendly interface, allowing me to easily access all types of information. In addition, SFTP connection makes everything easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netmera?

There are situations where accessing the required data is difficult, and the data may not always be consistent. This creates confusion and results in inefficiencies and time loss.

For example, we currently collect data via FTP. In the push notification data, we receive the metrics “Sent", "Success” and “Open.” There are cases where Sent = 0 and Success = 0, but Open = 1. What do you dislike about Netmera?

As of now, Netmera has to do some enhancements to fully meet the requirements for end-to-end digital engagement in large enterprises. While it effectively handles end-to-end engagement for mobile apps, there is room for improvement in supporting legacy systems. In particular, enhancements are needed for features like external event feeds, data enrichment, and traditional communication channels such as email, SMS, and telesales.
