What do you like best about Documo?

Documo's eFax solution is easy to set up, intuitive to manage, and extremely reliable. As an MSP, I especially appreciate how simple it is to create dedicated fax portals for each client, giving them a professional and secure experience. The platform’s white-labeling capabilities and administrative controls make it ideal for reselling—I've been able to generate recurring revenue by offering eFax services under my own brand. What do you dislike about Documo?

What do you like best about Documo?

Documo is easy to set up and use, even for people who aren’t tech-savvy. The interface is clean and straightforward, making it simple to send and receive faxes without any hassle. It’s a great fit for small businesses that need a dependable way to handle documents without dealing with clunky hardware. Everything is web-based, and setup takes just a few minutes.

What really makes Docomo stand out is how well it works for people with more advanced needs too. What do you like best about Documo?

I work for a midsize phone and internet provider. Our primary use case for Documo is filling the gaps between IP-based phone systems and customers that need traditional analog fax machines (usually for legal or policy reasons). We make use of their fax bridges more than anything. I really appreciate how plug-and-play they are. We've recently worked with Documo on setting up a SIP Trunk to allow us to more easily use our own numbers on their service. We have just shy of 100 customers using Documo services of some kind regularly. They regularly issue public announcements on service-effecting issues and maintain an easy to view status page. What do you dislike about Documo?

Customer support on minor issues is usually relatively quick, but more major issues require going through the different tiers of support. All of which is fairly standard, but can become frustrating at times.

We've worked with Documo for years now and they have had past issues of regular service outages. Though they've made some drastic changes in the last couple of years and we've seen maybe 5% of the troubles we saw before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

When Twilio dropped their support for fax, I was lost. I am so thankful I found Documo.

I've been using Documo Fax for about 4 years, and it’s easily one of the best online fax services out there. It’s simple to use, practical, and saves me the hassle of dealing with fax machines.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate—just upload your document, add a recipient, and send. No complications, no extra steps. Plus, since it’s cloud-based, I can send and receive faxes from anywhere.

Security is also a plus, with encrypted transmissions keeping my documents safe.

I also need to mention that other than dealing with the posting of the phone number, the deployment was almost instant. If you aren't migrating a number, you can have this up almost immediately.

What do you dislike about Documo?

What do you like best about Documo?

What I like best about Documo is that it delivers on its core promise: secure, compliant document transmission without requiring physical fax machines. What do you like best about Documo?

Documo is easy to use and is integrated into my patient management software. I can either send things directly through that or I can log in to Documo separately- both of which are easy and convenient! Documo makes it easy to fax documents and track if and when they are delivered. We can even fax documents directly from our EMR system which saves us time.

What do you like best about Documo?

What do you like best about Documo?

Not having to own a physical device to fax documents. Being able to fax documents straight from patients' charts if needed (when synched with Jane). What do you dislike about Documo?

There is something about modifying the cover pages that is counterintuitive. It's like they are never really "saved", they are just constantly being updated? Ultimately what I want is a library of personalized cover page templates that I can choose from before a transmission, when I would create another (the same way I would use "Save As" in Word for example) with the patient's personal information.Then once I don't need it anymore I would delete it so no patient's information would be kept in my profile.

The other thing is cost, but that is only relevant to my specific situation: because I very rarely need to fax anything (at most once per month), the cost per use is exorbitant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
