MFax allows me to download and save faxes I receive and send, and maintains my complete fax history! It also has good features for including cover letters in faxes. Also you can send the same fax to multiple fax numbers. **What do you dislike about Documo?** I don't like how its not immediately apparent that you don't have to fill out all the form fields when sending a fax - they are mostly optional and will save you time if you do not need to fill them out, but do appreciate the fields when needed (includes notes, subject, tags). I send a fair amount of documents for signature and I like to keep track of where they are in the process as they often have multiple folks who need to touch them. **What do you dislike about Documo?** I've been using the product just under a month now and haven't found any big negatives. There are some features I'd like that they don't have but according to them, they are adding updates regularly and some of the stuff I was hoping for is apparently in the works.
