ease of use, intuitive GUI, but most of all, SUPPORT. The Support team is so responsive even when they don't have an answer, the follow up they give you is essential.

Pricing increases as world continues to be more expensive, but,  the product justifies the cost.

Centralizing all my medical offices fax in one account, one billing monthly.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

It's easy to centrally manage multiple lines and users. We no longer have to support physical printers or worry about paper shortages. Multiple users can be alerted when faxes are received, improving responsiveness. I also appreciate the flexibility of using both a physical bridge to a printer and the eFax web features. The white-labeling options are a great bonus as well.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

We experienced some issues with the older model fax bridge device, but those problems appear to have been resolved recently. That was the only drawback we encountered.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our remote workforce still relies on fax for healthcare-related tasks. We're using Documo eFax to replace various phone-based fax systems, enabling centralized management and improved efficiency.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

Best part of mFax is the print to fax feature. Many of our customers prefer this method for sending and still receive paper faxes. Many options for getting and sending faxes for our customers to be picky with really helps. Our business is based on making things work the way our customers want things to work.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Don't like how they are forcing the old fax bridges out but can not complain, the new ones are definitely better.

Providing options that are paperless and easy for our customers to use.

The app works great, has a nice layout, and we rarely have problems with it.

Using fax bridges and wanting them to save the outgoing history is a little complicated

We are able to have multiple numbers for faxing and those can then be sent to shared emails for proper distribution.

Documo is easier to configure and use. It's a reliable digital fax service out of the box.

I wish the tool came with an open AI package and/or an improved ability to tag inbound faxes in a way that can be passed through to a support platform such as zendesk

We receive an abundance of inbound faxes from Insurance Providers, Pharmacies, and Patients. Documo is effective is serving as a reliable digital fax platform that forwards the fax into Zendesk through email.

Multiple Document Sending- would like to be able to send more items at a time. I would like to have an app on my phone. I would also like to have more notifications.

Not much, customer service was great when I tried to figure out how to see inbound faxes, by changing the filters in the history.

Faxes are required to send some patient orders and receive the results confidentially through our contracted lab.

Documo is great because it’s HIPPA compliant and secure. The free trial is great and I appreciate the customizable cover templates.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

Documo is user friendly and allows you to get rid of the old archaic system of sending faxes. It's super easy to drag and drop PDFs to send and it's cut down on the time it takes by a ton. Would definitely recommend this product for any business, small or large! We made the switch and it was super easy for everyone. If I have an issue they have support available.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Sometimes it takes a little bit to send but I've rarely had an issue with it eventually going through. Could be an internet issue on our end though!

We often need to send sensitive information regarding care of our individuals. Documo makes that transfer of information super easy and safe.

Easy to setup and use from a Administrator standpoint.  We use it with Drivve to handle faxing via the MFP's to Documo.  Removing the need for SIP lines, etc.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

I was not the original installer of it, so overall I cannot say of any downsides.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending faxes via Drivve from the MFP's.  Sending faxes directly from a users desktop.  Receiving faxes via email for users and/or shared mailboxes.

Documo is very reliable and allows us to check the status of faxes sent using the service. Having the ability to track each outgoing or incoming fax through the stages of delivery allows us to be very transparent with our clients.

Some of the UI features could be more user-friendly; for instance, populating the user filter on the search page without having to click through to more filters.

We send hundreds of faxes every day to medical facilities around the USA -- Documo allows us to integrate this functionality directly into our site and view fax progress on the Documo website.

The ability to programatically integrate our documo environment with 3rd part services through the service API.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

We needed better options for scaling up and getting pricing adjusted past the small scale PoC rates. The enterprise team was able to take care of us though.

That I can fax documents when I need to. I know it's something that's a bit old fashion but places still use fax. The customer service has also been great. They're fast when it comes to their responses

I haven't had any bad experiences so far.

It cuts down paper work when you can send out authorization forms and get the information you need back on 1 page vs 100 pages

It is very easy to use and I have never had an issue using it. It was easy to sign up, I use it every day, love all the different features.

Documo has managed to make a modern face on faxing technology, allowing API based fax interaction with a robust telephony solution that rids us of fax compatibility issues to provide a robust and dependable solution for our cloud native software.

We can send thousands of faxes in case of down time dependably.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Managing multiple API keys can be problematic as well as key rotation.  I would like to see other more secure options for communication with Documo APIs

I reviewed few electronic faxing solutions, and I liked Documo the most.
Ability to email the recipient with a notification when a fax is received and attach the fax in PDF format, was a very useful feature.
The basic plan comes with 5 toll-free fax numbers that we get to use.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Haven't used it that long to dislike it.

It’s fairly inexpensive for those of us who need fax capability infrequently.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

I do not find it to be as user friendly or intuitive as I believe it should be. Of course some of my experience could be because I use it infrequently. However, because I was looking for something for this level of use, I really do need something that is quick and easy, especially for retrieving incoming faxes. I often end up using more time than I think is reasonable to try and perform simple functions.

It’s mostly solving having the capability to receive occasional faxes.

So far has the best Web GUi any Virtual fax provider out there. Very easy to navigate around.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

The only Thing that i don't like it that their underline for api is faxback. and we had a lot ofi issues with Faxback in the pass.

I very happy on what they build and right now I can't think of anything.

It is so easy... a caveman can do it! The interface being all on one page is nice as well.

If you are assigned multiple numbers, notifications cannot be fine tuned. It is either all or nothing.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

I love that the API is comprehensive and easy to use. We integrated the service with custom code we use. It's a core function in our business that is used dozens of times every day. We use it for HIPAA-regulated faxes, and it was easy to implement features we needed to make it compliant. Customer support is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

I wish the logging was a little more accessible. I like to be self-sufficient in troubleshooting errors, and I sometimes have to contact support for help figuring out what is happening in the system. To their credit, the help is prompt and very skilled on the front line.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wish we could get away from using faxes so often, but healthcare billing relies heavily on them. We use mFax for both inbound and outbound faxing of medical claims and supporting documentation. We've integrated it with custom code so that we can securely send faxes from our Exchange Online email system and receive them into a HIPAA-compliant online document filing system.

mFax gives a pretty easy experience for sending and receiving faxes, really making the whole process a lot quicker and smoother. Integrating their API was pretty simple too, since the documentation was clear enough to follow, which made it easier to automate our fax workflows. Whenever we've had questions or ran into issues, their customer support team has been quick and helpful in getting things sorted out. Plus, the software's been super reliable with great uptime, so our communications always get delivered on time without any major hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

While mFax is overall great, one thing that could be improved is adding more detailed analytics and reporting features. This would make it easier for us to keep track of our fax usage and performance. That said, it's a pretty minor thing and doesn't really take away from how effective the service is overall.

Easy to use web interface.   Reliable endpoint faxing via use of their Fax Bridge as oppsoed to other competitors use SIP instead of HTTPS.  Pricing is transparent.  Support is responsive.  Whitelabeling is best in its class.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Porting customers can be cumbersome.  Mainly because we have to create two different port requests.  One to our carrier for their phone lines, and another to mFax for the fax lines.  Since you cannot have 2 open port requests with a carrier, we have to do one at a time.  Making Porting Process for a client onboard drag our 2-3 weeks to secure all their lines in each carrier.  Wish there was a way that we could keep the number in our carrier and webhook it to mFax or have an integration to load numbers from Telnyx.  Maybe there is a capability that we need to explore but I am not aware of that.

We resell voice and fax services to our clients.  We use mFax as our fax services due to its whitelabeling experience, transparent billing, and reliability.

I love how mFax's whitelabel service helps us provide reliable cloud faxing to a wide range of customers. It is very easy to onboard new customers, port their numbers, and enable them for hybrid cloud and physical faxing. It is also reasonably priced.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Personally, the biggest issue we have seen is with using the faxbridge service -- problems with those are very difficult to troubleshoot and we are not immediately aware that an issue has occrred until an end-user reports to us.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

I am so grateful for HIIPAA compliant mFax!  I recently started working exclusively from home and don't know what I would do without mFax! There was no real learning curve, as the implementation and use of the product was self-explanatory. I am immediately notified via email when a fax has been sent successfully, as well as when I receive a fax.  MFax allows me to download and save faxes I receive and send, and maintains my complete fax history! The customer service department is quick to respond and so extremely helpful!

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

I cannot think of one negative experience I've had since using mFax.

I would have had to add an additional phone line without the use of mFax.
