**What do you like best about Documo?**

We use Documo for our public faxing service to the public, and this service gets used many times, every day.  It was extremely easy to install and simple to integrate with our copiers. The reports provide the statistics we need, and the support has been top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

At times, support hasn’t been forthcoming about maintenance and the impact to services, which has caused extra time and effort on our end. However, they have since put better communication practices in place, and we haven’t had a recurrence in about two years.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we had analog lines that were simply too expensive to continue providing our library patrons with free faxing service. With Documo’s very reasonable pricing we’re now able to offer this service free of charge.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

I use Documo to sign documents for work or leases, and I really appreciate how easy it is to manage documents without needing to print them. After everyone signs, all parties automatically get copies, which is super convenient. I like how Documo guides me directly to the pages that need signing, which saves me from sifting through all the pages. It's straightforward and I often don't need an account, as I can just log in with my email. The setup process was smooth and switching from our previous service, which had issues, was quick and easy.

Documo makes it easy to send documents without printing, and everyone gets copies after signing. It guides me to signature pages, simplifying the process.

The only thing I do not like about Documo, is that there is no chance to fill in all the extra fields of the "fax out" form. Outside of that, there are no other complaints.

Documo's eFax solution is easy to set up, intuitive to manage, and extremely reliable. As an MSP, I especially appreciate how simple it is to create dedicated fax portals for each client, giving them a professional and secure experience. The platform’s white-labeling capabilities and administrative controls make it ideal for reselling—I've been able to generate recurring revenue by offering eFax services under my own brand.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

No major complaints so far. If I had to point something out, it would be that the initial learning curve for configuring portals could be slightly more guided, but their support team has been very responsive when needed.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

I work for a midsize phone and internet provider.  Our primary use case for Documo is filling the gaps between IP-based phone systems and customers that need traditional analog fax machines (usually for legal or policy reasons).  We make use of their fax bridges more than anything.  I really appreciate how plug-and-play they are.  We've recently worked with Documo on setting up a SIP Trunk to allow us to more easily use our own numbers on their service.  We have just shy of 100 customers using Documo services of some kind regularly.  They regularly issue public announcements on service-effecting issues and maintain an easy to view status page.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Customer support on minor issues is usually relatively quick, but more major issues require going through the different tiers of support.  All of which is fairly standard, but can become frustrating at times. 

We've worked with Documo for years now and they have had past issues of regular service outages.  Though they've made some drastic changes in the last couple of years and we've seen maybe 5% of the troubles we saw before.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documo helps us bridge the gap between analog phone systems and pushing customers to upgrade to IP-based phones.  Many still prefer using an analog fax machine and Documo's Fax Bridges (now called Fax Machine Connectors?) allow customers to keep their fax machines while upgrading to better, newer phone systems. **What do you like best about Documo?**

When Twilio dropped their support for fax, I was lost. I am so thankful I found Documo.

I've been using Documo Fax for about 4 years, and it’s easily one of the best online fax services out there. It’s simple to use, practical, and saves me the hassle of dealing with fax machines. 

The interface is clean and easy to navigate—just upload your document, add a recipient, and send. No complications, no extra steps. Plus, since it’s cloud-based, I can send and receive faxes from anywhere.

Security is also a plus, with encrypted transmissions keeping my documents safe.

I also need to mention that other than dealing with the posting of the phone number, the deployment was almost instant. If you aren't migrating a number, you can have this up almost immediately. 

If you need a reliable and hassle-free fax solution, I highly recommend Documo Fax!

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

There is very little I struggle with, other than the occasional user permission issue while onboarding, its seamless.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Local government and other old school entities still rely on fax. We cannot ignore this, even if we try to minimize this, fax isn't going anywhere. My internal team have sensitive documents shared via fax and not only do they need it on the go, our incoming needs to be triaged. 

Having this via an online solution facilitates everything and made adoption quick!

I like that it is an easy to use interface that integrates with our medical practice software, Jane App. I appreciate how you can customize cover pages and preview your faxes before sending them ensuring the professionalism of our business.

I wish there was a way to save a draft of a fax on the system. If I realize I need to edit the cover page more then I need to open a new window to do so otherwise I lose what I have entered.

It solves the need to have a physical fax machine and fax line set up. Having a digital option that is HIPPA compliant is a big deal for our business. We recently moved office locations and made the transition easy and if we need to do so again in the future it will make the process seamless to not have to change fax numbers or have an interruption to our services.

What I like best about Documo is that it delivers on its core promise: secure, compliant document transmission without requiring physical fax machines. Documo is easy to use and is integrated into my patient management software. I can either send things directly through that or I can log in to Documo separately- both of which are easy and convenient! I have my own number to receive faxes at and they email me when they come through.

I don't have any complaints or things I don't like. We do not send or receive many faxes and this is a very convenient service for when we do.

Documo makes it easy to fax documents and track if and when they are delivered. We can even fax documents directly from our EMR system which saves us time.

We also like getting email confirmation when a fax is delivered or when there is an error with a fax.

Not having to own a physical device to fax documents. Being able to fax documents straight from patients' charts if needed (when synched with Jane). Tutorial and setup process are straightforward and well-organized.  Can be used very shortly after implementation.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

There is something about modifying the cover pages that is counterintuitive. It's like they are never really "saved", they are just constantly being updated? Ultimately what I want is a library of personalized cover page templates that I can choose from before a transmission, when I would create another (the same way I would use "Save As" in Word for example)  with the patient's personal information.Then once I don't need it anymore I would delete it so no patient's information would be kept in my profile. 
The other thing is cost, but that is only relevant to my specific situation: because I very rarely need to fax anything (at most once per month),  the cost per use is exorbitant.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping in the context of my work with organizations that do not accept the transmission of personal information (e.g., reports) through email, even with the patient's consent (e.g. VAC). Without Documo there is back and forth between home and the office to fax.

I work for a DSO and we’ve been using Documo for over 5 years to handle all of our eFax needs—it’s been absolutely solid. The platform is extremely easy to use, from managing users to purchasing and assigning phone numbers. We haven’t experienced any major issues, and on the rare occasion something unexpected came up, their live chat support was responsive and helpful. They either resolved the issue quickly or gave a clear explanation. It’s a modern, dependable solution that just works.

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike. Documo does exactly what we need, without hassle. It’s reliable, simple to manage, and has become an essential tool for our operations.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

We’ve been using Documo as our corporate faxing solution for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid tool that simplifies a process we used to dread. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to train new team members on. Whether sending or receiving faxes, it’s been smooth sailing for the most part. We do use their service as a reseller and have a lot of customers who use their service on a consistent basis.  It's very easy to send invites to Our and Users for them to login and set up an account with very little steps.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

There have been a few hiccups here and there (as with any platform), but nothing that’s been a dealbreaker.
Support could be a little bit better, as they do not offer immediate support, and it's ticket-based. It does seem like here and there they do have a lot of outages, which do cause several issues with our Users, who rely on faxing services for their business.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to send taxes with ease is the greatest solution they have to offer for our company. As a reseller, we have over 1000 customers that use their services with very little issue.  The manage and send faxes they definitely have the market. As far as cost, though it is a little on the higher side.

Documo mFax provides us a great tool to provide faxing to our end users. The ability to configure eFax accounts for all our users and gives them an easy web portal to send and receive faxes. The Fax to Print tool is also especially helpful allowing users the ability to fax a document right from the print menu. Management is easy and support is always responsive.

Initial configuration was a bit confusing but support was able to straigten us out and get us going.

An easy to use and resell white label fax tool. It provides us the ability to sell efax and HTTPS fax adapters to our end customers.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

Documo is a great HIPAA compliant platform.  It’s easy to use and navigate.      I also love that you receive an email notifying you when the fax went through as well as if it did not.  Fax details and numbers are logged so you can go back and save them for the future and add them to your contacts for quick reference! 

Receiving faxes is also smooth as an automatic email notifies you of the fax.  

It’s easy to download received faxes to save and import into any EHR.  Really for the price and the consistency, reliability, and HIPAA compliant with BAA, Documo is a solid choice I highly recommend.  I’ve never had any glitches or issues trying to use it.  Documo helps my work day flow seamlessly, quickly and reliably!

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

Honestly, I haven’t had any issues.  The service efficiently, there no lag, there’s plenty of help tutorials and videos on using specific features.  For a non-tech person it is VERY easy to use.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s HIPAA compliant!  A must in my business.  It’s easy to upload and fax documents and they are received pretty quickly, and if not I receive an email which alerts me to try to resend the fax.  I also like there’s an audit trail. It’s just so easy to use! And it’s affordable, especially for a small business.

We are in healthcare, which still does a lot of communication via fax. Documo makes it very simple and efficient to reach our doctors via fax with important information, such as new tests or tests that are being discontinued. Many of these doctors can't be reached by email. I can easily upload hundreds of doctors to send to.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

There is a 1000 person limit on outbound faxes. So if we have 5K doctors to send to, that requires five files, five sends, etc. But it's not terribly inconvenient.

Documo faxing allows us to reach doctors with critical information. Many of these doctors cannot be reached via email.

It's easy to centrally manage multiple lines and users. We no longer have to support physical printers or worry about paper shortages. Multiple users can be alerted when faxes are received, improving responsiveness. I also appreciate the flexibility of using both a physical bridge to a printer and the eFax web features. The white-labeling options are a great bonus as well.

We experienced some issues with the older model fax bridge device, but those problems appear to have been resolved recently. That was the only drawback we encountered.

I do not find it to be as user friendly or intuitive as I believe it should be. Of course some of my experience could be because I use it infrequently. However, because I was looking for something for this level of use, I really do need something that is quick and easy, especially for retrieving incoming faxes. I often end up using more time than I think is reasonable to try and perform simple functions.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

The only Thing that i don't like it that their underline for api is faxback. and we had a lot ofi issues with Faxback in the pass.

I very happy on what they build and right now I can't think of anything.

I work remote about 90% of the time and not having to worry about having a fax machine makes life easier.

It is so easy... a caveman can do it! The interface being all on one page is nice as well.

If you are assigned multiple numbers, notifications cannot be fine tuned. It is either all or nothing.

Keeping a fax solution in place for the organization but going with a cloud solution rather than an on prem solution.

**What do you like best about Documo?**

I love that the API is comprehensive and easy to use. We integrated the service with custom code we use. It's a core function in our business that is used dozens of times every day. We use it for HIPAA-regulated faxes, and it was easy to implement features we needed to make it compliant. Customer support is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Documo?**

I wish the logging was a little more accessible. I like to be self-sufficient in troubleshooting errors, and I sometimes have to contact support for help figuring out what is happening in the system. To their credit, the help is prompt and very skilled on the front line.

**What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wish we could get away from using faxes so often, but healthcare billing relies heavily on them. We use mFax for both inbound and outbound faxing of medical claims and supporting documentation. We've integrated it with custom code so that we can securely send faxes from our Exchange Online email system and receive them into a HIPAA-compliant online document filing system.
