What I like most about iFax is how convenient and easy it is to send documents directly from my phone. It saves time, eliminates the need for a physical fax machine, and makes it simple to handle important paperwork quickly. The interface is straightforward and the process feels secure and reliable. What problems is iFax solving and how is that benefiting you? iFax solves the problem of needing access to a traditional fax machine when sending important documents. Many offices and institutions still require faxed paperwork, but most people don’t own fax machines anymore. iFax makes it possible to send and receive faxes directly from a phone or computer, which saves time, reduces hassle, and eliminates the need to travel to a print shop or office supply store. Main benefit is cost savings to purchase expensive outdated FAX hardware machines, in the world where documents are pretty much saved in computers, iFax provides old-school point-to-point document sharing like older FAX technologies with updated modern convivence. All that hassle of scanning individual pages are now not needed, which multiples files can be directly uploaded and sent a one go. Advances techniques like OCR provides text recognition on the fax pages which are received which can be easily used for viewing and text selection. Overall is so convenient with such cheaper cost. Like the fact send email to verify it has been sent." 4.5/5 What do you like best about iFax? I appreciate that it sends an email to the recipient to let them know their item is on its way. As someone who is disabled and unable to drive, I was in a difficult situation when I needed to return some documents that were already late. Without this fax service, the documents would not have arrived in time. I needed to fax some financial information as the website I needed to utilize was having some difficulties with the online software accepting my data. Per the financial organization I could try again online, complete the forms and mail or fax. As it is a 10 page document, and took a half hour to complete, I did not want to risk entering everything again and not being accepted on the website. So I printed and faxed, they do not accept e-mailed info due to nature of confidential documents. Using IFax was the perfect solution. I received cofrimation in an e-mail when the fax was sent, which was easy for me to advise the organization when I sent it and to what fax number. I found Ifax provided me with the ease of having a history of my useage as well as retaining my faxed documents. I found it to be a better way to fax then an ordinary fax machine.
